I also bring in my vehicle for oil changes and other repairs and I’ve had almost no issues with their service department as well which is a rarity when dealing with a body/repair shop, they always clean the car up a bit too which is an added bonus, and the 24/7 kiosk makes drop-off/pick-up smooth for those of us who may work later into the day and don’t have the time to wait around.I look forward to purchasing my third VW from this location as well after I’m finished with my current one.

I took my benz in for a rattle noise I've been hearing and was told it would cost $380 Fee for pinpointing the exact location of the noise as it had nothing to do with the external of the car.. Once they found the problem was related to the trunk I was told the fee was WAIVED OFF because of how quick they found the problem + it being not difficult to fix.. Pure class act in my opinion.. They could've lied and I would've payed because I wouldn't know any better, but they were genuine and real as could be.. Everything was clearly laid out, no BS. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear that synthetic oil changes at recommended interval is free of charge with Erin Mills Acura as long as I own the car. I do plan to own this car for at least 10 years so this is a really nice bonus.Prior to this I had a terrible experience trying to get a 2023 Civic Type R at an Oakville dealer, one that took my deposit almost two years ago, avoided communication since new management until I walked in and demanded an audience, then ghosted me again after we had reached a deal. Simon made sure I didn't have to wait longer for the Type S which has the same underpinnings as the Type R.Love the car so far and looking forward to working with Simon and Erin Mills Acura again!
