John is an incredible entertainer and despite some snowy weather and the restrictions from the pandemic, he was in costume and character from start to finish! His performance was wholesome and FULL of personality! Hats off to Pat as well, who coordinated this with my mom and sister as a surprise for me. She is extremely thorough and very friendly and will ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved! They went above and beyond to incorporate personalized lyrics to one of the songs to make it an extra special experience for me! So glad to know we have a company like Razzle Dazzle in the city spreading pure joy to everyone!

Christian, aka Santa was fantastic. My son adored him. He came in with such a positive and happy attitude it was infectious. He sat with my son, engaged, read stories, sang and Ho Ho Hoed the entire time. He had my whole family singing along. Normally Santa’s don’t stay the full hour, because there is only so much you can do, but not this Santa. He was there just over an hour and it felt like 20 min because we were so entertained.
