Denise schedule a date and show up and completed the jobs without any issues.I remember coming home and seeing the insulation flying in my street due to a wind storm, called Denise and notify him, he said not to worry he back and gather all the pieces and later dispose of it, he may it very clear that he can not reused the insulation as it was damaged due to the wind ripping it off.A year after the work completed two of the vinyl's were damage due to the weather and wind, called Denise and he came and repair it in a timely manner.I would personal recommend Denise from GTA Siding & Aluminum.

Ron Clifton: Vedra did a great job on covering my gable vent. It was a small job that most contractors wouldn't want to bother with but he took the time to make sure that it retained the proper look and the results are great. I highly recommend him.
Vladan Sucur: I called Vedran to come to my hosue to change my soffits and some of the gutters. He responded right away and we agreed on a day and price. On the day of install, he was professional, clean and precise. He took out the old soffets and some of the gutters and made our older house look modern and fresh. Alana Day: August 2023I had my house's eavestroughs and garage door frame replaced. I also had 2 issues to deal with. Redirecting the eavestrough away, at the front door and the excessive water leaking at the top corner of my roof.Maxima Aluminum did an amazing job. The house looks great.Unfortunately, the top roof corner was still leaking.Maxima came back several times to try and resolve the issue. Always very polite and professional. Gennadiy and his crew were able to solve and fix this problem. It turned out to be a roofing issue and nothing to do with the eavestrough!!! R VN: Mel and his team recently replaced our gutters / alurex and downspouts, and faced our wooden fascia with custom aluminum. The quotation for the work was fair, compared to some of the other quotes we received. The work was very high quality, was all done on time, and Mel showed great attention to details and finishes. The worksite was left as clean as possible each day, and the whole crew were polite, pleasant and caring of our property and house. A pleasure to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Pat McKee: We had excellent work performed by Canpos. They repaired our leaky flat roof over the front hall and front porch. They were efficient, cost effective and started even earlier than originally planned. The team of workers are conscientious, courteous, careful and cleaned up so well after. It was a three-day project involving removal of the existing roof, replacement of the rotted wood substructure, placement of a new membrane, reinstallation of skylights, and upgrading the adjacent trim and shingles. They fully completed the work without interruption. The team of three workers were very pleasant to deal with, and sensitive to the disruption of our home. There were no unexpected problems. The final cost was exactly as expected, and it appeared reasonable based on other quotations we had received. We had been waiting for more than a year for other contractors. Mel and his crew delivered well! We felt confident using them because they had provided good service to three other neighbours in our area. I heartily endorse his services.

In August of 2023 we noticed a water leak which we believed to be from the third level dormer. Made contact with Michele at Cherry and Clark on August 29, 2023 and on August 31, 2023 Peter Hachey and another gentleman attended our home. James Clayton: . Their pricing was better than the other companies I looked into, and some of those couldn't assure me that their crews were fully insured. Their office kept me appraised of schedule changes due to weather. The roofing team showed up early-morning as planned and set up their equipment, but waited until 8 AM to begin, so that they didn't disturb the neighbours too early. The foreman was cordial and informative, and his team were friendly. They set up tarps and plywood to protect the windows of both our house and our neighbour's. And they paid close attention to my concerns about keeping the neighbour's laneway clear of nails and shingles, so that their tenants' children were safe.

Judy Pfeiff: The warranty on the shingles is exceptionally good. The company sends someone out after the work has been completed for inspection and customer satisfaction. They send someone out who addresses any issues you might have and payment is not made until you are satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.
