Eugene is prompt, professional, thoughtful, diligent, clean, honest, and has high integrity. We had a sliding shower door installed by another company 4 years ago, which was adjusted 3 times and has been very difficult to open and close from the day it was installed, including glass fracturing lately. Eugene came the day we called him, assessed the situation perfectly, and came up with a great, cost-effective solution, replacing this junk with a swing door that is wonderful. He and his worker covered up the holes from the previous installation, removed the old glass, and left everything clean and professional. We recommend Eugene and company to anyone who needs any type of glass/mirror work.

Aly Samji: I had a great experience with Ace. My condo balcony sliding screen-door needed to be fixed. The bottom was broken and it wouldn't sit/slide on the track. I reached out to a few people and companies I found on-line. Their prices were high and some recommended a new door instead. Replacing it would have been added frustration as it would have been more expensive and required property management's involvement. I found Ace and spoke with Karita. She was great! Spent some time describing the situation and emailed some pics. Their quotes to repair or replace were very reasonable and they were confident it was repairable. When I returned to pick it up, Dwight said it took them longer than anticipated to repair it, but stuck to the original price. He also took the time to explain how to install the door and adjust it. Worth the 30 min drive from the Core! Really glad I found them and will use them again. Thanks Ace!

Renato Evola: Very positive experience. We received a competitive quote over the phone to replace a large broken commercial thermal window unit. They were very clear as to the time frame required to replace the unit. It was a very treacherous top heavy broken window that was removed carefully and safely. Despite the difficulty it was handled courteously and professionally, and left the worksite clean and tidy. We highly recommend this firm.

I renovated both of my washrooms a little over two years ago and in the master I opted to spend a little more money to get a really nice multi-piece rain shower. It’s the best part of my morning and was worth every penny.Very recently the head cracked from pressure and I called the store. It was hassle free.. I have my phone number the team member pulled up my order from 2+ years ago and told me at my convenience to come by and they would swap it with a brand new head.This is customer service and a reminder to me that you get what you pay for. Id recommend the store to anyone and will absolutely be going to them again when we start our next bathroom project.

Edward Faultless: I needed some replacement parts for my Waterstone faucet and found The Water Closet online. Dadrianna helped me identify the parts and noted it was a special order. She called me back within an hour to state that the parts were all covered by warranty and that she would arrange shipping directly from the manufacturer to my home at no cost to me. Dadrianna provided excellent customer service, especially as I am not a customer… yet!

They will have something to fit everyone's needs, from budget buyers to hi-end clients. Jory was our sales assistant and she made the experience perfect.
