Ernest Tam: Nathan is amazing! He is very prompt and I was able to get an appointment set up within a week. Came over to my place and got a couple knives sharpened within half an hour and they were like new again. His rates were also very reasonable. Nathan was also very friendly and gave me a handful of tips to maintain my knives. Will definitely be calling him up the next time I need my knives sharpened.
cd2smith: I used this service in late 2022 to sharpen all of our knives. Our knives are middle of the road, assembled in China using German Steel. Before being sharpened they were verging on useless for cutting meat or vegetables. After being sharpened they are now better than new! What impressed me most was how easy this service is, as well as the care taken to do a great job. I will use Blade Medic in the future for other tools that need sharpening, and highly recommend him to anyone else looking to restore/ sharpen their knives.

Farooq did a great job explaining the features and comparing between different machines which helped me reach my decision. He provided guidance in the operations of the machine. Overall, I had a positive experience. The staff was very professional and we’ve been loving our espresso machine. I will definitely be going back for any further appliance needs.

We took it to another store and they looked at it and said it couldn’t be repaired however, Farooq took it for repair to assess what’s wrong with it. The unit is working like new.
