Nicole Findlay: Walter and Chris came out here in a snow storm and quickly resolved the issue. They took the time to explain what they did to fix the tub and went the extra mile to change out some of the stripped screw on the hot tub. Thanks guys!
mindy tang: and loving it. It was during lockdown and we made our purchase over the phone and we were not even able to try or see the tub itself. Despite all, we had an excellent experience dealing with Sue, our Sales Consultant. She helped us with any questions we had and very easy to talk to. The delivery and installation was flawless— Sundance personnel were very professional and knowledgeable. Any follow-up service requests were done promptly. I give it 10/10 for service by Sundance. One thing I would highly recommend is to take the electrical package if you need to have electrical work done to accommodate your new hot tub. Use the Sundance electrician instead of hiring your own electrician. The Sundance electrician knows all the proper requirements for your hot tub, so go with them. Overall, customer service with Sundance is excellent both at sales and post sales.

Peters Photography Adventures Dulis: Can't recommend this store enough - I've had the Chelsee hot tub for 5 years - no problems. We use it all the time because of its therapeutic value - the clear ray bulb + double filtration system means we can cut back on chemicals used - big bonus. When I have a question or need service fast - these guys are on the ball and go to great measures to keep the customer happy -= buy a Sundance tub from here - for peace of mind.

Trixie 0312: I am not one to write reviews much but I would not let this experience pass. To start with I was blessed with a sales agent that not only was understanding of my situation but also worked hard to get me what I wanted. Sundance was the second company I had to deal with, I closed a deal with Jacuzzi but I ended up for half a year waiting with no tub and quite a bit of wait for my refund. This time with Sundance , Mike Levermore my agent made everything right for me. Closing the deal with him was the best decision we made. He answered every text and phone call I made. Yes there was a delay since he promised me a waiting time of three months and I had to wait extra 20 days but it was worth the wait. From the electricians who worked on my home panels and delivery men who took extra care in transporting my tub I would say 5 star on that. I was very pleased with the transition and to top it all I had a personal visit from Mike after work hours just to assist me and my husband on starting the tub and initial instruction that I doubt if I can get from other companies. 5 star on after sales customer care with Sundance and I will surely refer my family and friends specially with this pandemic time who wants to travel better yet upgrade that backyard and enjoy your time with your kids and most of all be healthy and relax.
Sheena Tikaram: My husband and I went to a few spa stores just to "look" as we were unsure if we wanted a hot tub or not. It so happened that Sundance Spa was our last store to visit. We met Brian and we automatically got sold in. He was so friendly and informative. When you ask a question, not only will you get an answer but more! As a first time tub buyer, we are extremely happy with our hot tub. The price was just right with everything that is included with it. Delivery was a few weeks earlier which was a bonus to this dragging year we've been having. Brian even came to our house to give us a tour and answered all of our questions and inquiries. To tell you the truth, hot tubs are a must! THE best investment we've made this year.

Mohammed Alhasani: I would like to share my experience with the amazing staff and manager who helped me with one of the most difficult situation I had with my swimming pool, after a heavy rain I noticed that my swimming pool turned out green and the reading of strip test was just perfect so I called a specialist to come and check the pool, after he spent half an hour he told me that he was not sure what is the problem, so I kept trying the whole week adding chemicals with no results. And then I went to discounter’s pool and show Andre the manager pictures and strip test reading of my pool , he told me to get sample and test it in the store, and after the test he told me you have high level of phosphate and this is your problem, he has so much experience to know what exactly I should do to fix the problem. Thank you andre for everything you have done for me, if I can I give you ten thousand stars because five is just not enough for all the effort you put in to help.

We love the spa...and we aren't first time owners, so we already had high expectations. While we are thrilled that we like the spa even more than our previous one, which we really liked, it is the tremendous service experience that has prompted me to write this review. When it comes to customer service, they just get it and it is obvious. If you are looking for a spa, just go into the Oakville store and talk to Brian. You will be happy you did.
chove1437: We always wanted a hot tub but decided to take the "plunge" amidst Covid times and spending more time at home. I was referred to Sundance by a friend who previously purchased a spa from them. I went in not being an expert on hot tubs where we met Robert. Being a complete rookie, he took the time to answer all our questions and concerns in making such a large purchase. Backed by a great company like Sundance, Robert was there every step of the way from purchase, delivery, platform, electrical hook up and filling for the first time. For me, the most important part of the buying/selling process is the support after the fact. Needless to say, Robert is an expert and his after sales approach is top notch. Always available for any questions I have.We purchased the Hamilton 780 Series and couldn't be happier. Robert put us in contact with a few landscapers to assist in setting up the platform for the backyard. He also set us up with the electrician to allow us to ensure there were no hiccups or surprises upon applying power. The delivery team was on time and set up everything perfectly. Sundace has a great group of trades to help in the whole process. Lastly, Robert was there to help fill up for the first time and go through all our questions about the hot tub, maintenance and balancing the water chemistry. Any questions I have is only a mere text away.If you are looking for a hot tub, look no further than Sundance.

Mark Labuda: After researching companies and reviews for months I walked into the Sundance Spa store in Oakville on a complete random afternoon just to hear what they had to offer. I was already prepared to sign and purchase from another company, when I met Brian at the store. I was floored by the things he shared with me about their Sundance tubs that I was never even made aware of when speaking to other companies. I then started researching more about the Sundance lineup and settled on the Cameo. Not a single regret in that decision! The tub is absolutely phenomenal. Brian made the whole process from beginning to end extremely easy. Everything went smoothly, from the purchase, to the installation of the pad and electrical, finally to the delivery and install. I feel even more comfortable knowing I can rely on Brian and the rest of the team for support whenever needed. Highly recommended!

We wet tested a number of different brands and decided on Sundance and the Optima due to the superior product feel, experience and customer service. The delivery team showed up as scheduled and were friendly and efficient. Their aftercare service has been great - we needed additional details for installation in our deck and they went above and beyond to provide us with the specifications. We have been using our spa for a few years now and enjoy it almost every day! Our 3 and 5 year old have been in it constantly the past 5 months.

Geoffrey Spring: at the 2023 Cottage Show. The price was excellent, this particular tub is selling elsewhere for about an additional $2000.The delivery was a couple weeks late as Glacier Spas were changing their delivery company. The new delivery company were professional, no negative issues and right on time. The manual for the hot tub was downloaded from a bar code and was generic at best. I had some issues understanding the filtration system and for a short while was at a loss on set up. After getting in touch with Glacier Spas’ chat line I was able to deal with the issues that were less than clear in the manual.As it turns out I received a telephone call from Steve while I was on the chat line. I believe Steve is owner. Steve walked me thru the issues that I was concerned about which was mainly filtration and set up.I am very happy with the quality of my hot tub.

We met Steve at the CNE in August of 2022 and initially purchased the 13 foot Executive Swim Spa to be delivered the following April 2023. In February 2023 we changed our minds and decided to get the larger 18 foot Executive Swim Spa and Steve was understanding and made it happen still honouring the 2022 CNE price. Once we finished construction in our backyard and called Steve he had our unit delivered within 1 week. The delivery crew was super fantastic as it had to be craned over our home. They were thorough and ensured the placement was perfect. We had some questions with start up and there is an online chat that will answer within minutes and Steve was calling us to ensure everything is perfect and running smoothly. Overall, our experience with Glacier Spa has been wonderful - would definitely recommend.
