After waiting at my family doctor for 45 mins and turned away because the dr was just "too busy", I was recommended this clinic by another driver and was not disappointed. Dr. Bushra was kind, straight to the point yet informative, super helpful and honest about my medical form since being my first time submitting it. Very punctual and the whole process took about 20 mins. Easy to make appointments and prices are reasonable. Definitely a quality clinic and highly recommend it.

Amanda: I saw Dr. Akinsete as a walk-in doctor back in 2018. Once I had sprained my ankle, he wasn't taking patients at the time I arrived but he agreed to stay and see me. He was thorough, sent me for xrays and wanted to see me for a follow up. He wasn't even my family doctor and he still wanted to see me again. I was beyond grateful. My husband and I had bronchitis later that year and he saw us both and did a very thorough exam. Fast forward to 2023, my husband needed a new family doctor. I inquired if Dr. Akinsete was accepting new patients and luckily he was able to see my husband the following week for an assessment. He was again so thorough and sent my husband for tests his previous doctor never even thought of. He took his time and really listened to my husband's concerns. When I read these reviews about people complaining about wait times I think its nuts! Since when do you not have to wait for a doctor?? Wouldn't you rather wait for a good doctor who will actually help you as opposed to a doctor who already has one foot out the door when you see them? I am very grateful for Dr. Akinsete and his friendly staff. I feel my husband will be well taken care of. Thank you

Mike Warkentin: I came in during the holiday season after being told my family doctor was away on vacation. His walk-in clinic at Bristol Circle had about 30 people waiting at 10:30 on a Wed morning, so left immediately. This clinic had one person ahead of me and no one else. I was in an out in about 15 minutes with a prescription for my problem. Staff and doctor were friendly and helpful.
Mallika Ketkar Pethe: Holistic positive experience at Mississauga WellnessBoth my children are patients of Dr.Araujo at Mississauga Wellness. We really appreciate that Dr.Araujo never leaves any complaint unaddressed, orders investigations and invokes specialists if any parameter seems off to rule out any underlying causes. He is very organized and almost always spot on with the time slots allotted for phone consultation. He issued the flu shots by appointment thus making the experience very orderly especially for little children and seniors.The pharmacist at Mississauga Wellness always gives very precise instructions about the dosage and ideal food gaps between medication and is very helpful with questions.We have also had great experience with Dr.Mona Seif, and in physiotherapy with Tejash Modi. The front desk staff at Mississauga Wellness has always been helpful in accommodating appointments especially when we have needed short notice ones for our little one when she was an infant. Bhavani Gadamsetti: I had an appointment @ minds neurology with Dr.Desai. When I reached @ front desk, the staff was very cordial and directed me to Lorraine Np for assessment. She was very friendly, cordial. Enquired about my health condition and did some tests. Finally Dr.Desai came. Did some tests and explained thoroughly about the reasons for my condition, advised some tips to overcome the problem. He was very polite, friendly and overall my experience was very satisfactory with my appointment.
Nader Hallak: Update: The owner ended up calling me to discuss and booked me in for a consult. The consultation today was thorough and the doctor seemed knowledgeable although no real treatment due to the nature of my condition. The mishap was with one of the employees after all.An absolutely unprofessional clinic. From booking appointments to testing to making up rules not to see patients. A totally horrific experience. Book your appointments with another neurological clinic and save your time and energy.
Matt Yethon: I have been seeing Dr. Desai for diagnosis and then treatment of my condition for 5 years now. From my very first visit he listened to my concerns and very quickly put me at ease. He has been monitoring my condition and has found solutions to most of the symptoms that keep cropping up. He has taken into account my suggestions when I have raised them. Every patient experiences the condition differently, and in my opinion, Dr. Desai has tried very hard to tailor treatment to best suit my individual needs. There came a point in my treatment that he felt that I needed to consult some additional specialists. Dr. Desai and his staff have advocated for me to make sure that I am able to see the people who will be best able to help with whatever difficulties I need to address at every step along the way. Also, I have to say that my experience with his staff has been wonderful. I have spent a lot of time with the nurse practitioners Lisa and now Lorraine. They are caring, knowledgeable, and take the time needed to document my concerns thoroughly before I see Dr. Desai, so that he can focus his time with me on the truly important things that need to be addressed. Dr. Desai runs a very efficient office; I cannot think of one time when one of my appointments has even been late.

Nael Amer: Dr Disai and Technologist Emilie are very professional and friendly. After mother sees dozens of doctors this team finally could find what's wrong with her. Dr Disai takes cases seriously, and follow up was prompt. I'm so glad we landed to this awesome clinic.

After a series of minor head injuries and a brain injury at work, I have had my share of neurology appointments with different doctors that have left me feeling negatively about the speciality in general. Dr Desai and his team took time to hear my history and made me feel comfortable and welcome in their clinic. I feel like I have found a space where we are all working towards the same goal, of getting me better. Dr Desai speaks to me like he truly cares about my wellness and future and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I have a plan. I just feel such relief. I can’t recommend them enough, I wish I would have found them sooner. You can trust your care with this team.
Jeff Howard: The staff and doctors at MINDS are fantastic. From the minute you walk in the door you know it is a professional and well run office. Check in was easy and painless, as was getting put into a room and waiting to be seen. Dr. Desai took time to ask me questions, get to know me and understand my issues. I couldn't ask for more. Stroke and Heart Disease run in my family and getting an Independant Assessment was the best thing I could have done. Couldn't recommend more.
