mk: You have to look carefully on Dundas Street where to find this place. It’s easy to miss. Once inside your gonna find a real gem of a store and service. Lucy helped get my rock fountain up and running in no time. She is very knowledgeable and has all the odd and sods of parts that one needs to fix their plumbing/fountain issues. Living close by she allowed me to try 2 different pump solutions to ensure that my fountain problems were indeed solved. She has a nice array of garden accessories. I ended picking up a rabbit sculpture for the garden too. If your putting in a fountain or hare having issues with your fountain Lucy is your goto.m&r

I contacted Jackson Pond's spoke to Tiffany who I found to be very responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I knew the way Tiffany handled my requests that I had found a company that focuses on customer satisfaction.........and they sure get that right ! Crew showed up today, in spite of heavy rains, and worked diligently to remove the fish, thoroughly clean the pond, and restore it back to its original condition. I couldn't be happier, as are my fish and apparently 6 frogs that have also taken residence. I signed up for an annual maintenance program, and can now enjoy my pond knowing i am in good hands.
