Pamela - Your Life As Art Essentials: I've bought my current DSLR, 5DMIII new from Henry's 12.5 years ago and it's still working great! About a year and a half ago I took a leap into the Canon Mirrorless world with the Canon RP, amazing entry level mirrorless! I am now saving up to get my next one hopefully in the next year and have my eye on the Canon R6! Henry's is great to work with, knowledgeable and deal with high quality equipment!Before buying my new 5DMIII I had a used 5D that I also bought from Henry's and had great luck with it! Only reason I traded it is I went up to the MIII as my skill set developed 😊I also love the option of an extended warranty they offer on both new and used. It's a peace of mind when making an investment!

A sales associate named Enrico quickly helped me without me needing to ask and gave me cost effective advice. He also gave me suggestions for gear upgrades and suggestions for expanding my skills as a new and learning photographer. I wish all customer service experiences were like this. I will definitely be returning.
Saveria Sturino: Had a great experience at this location today. I found two cameras my parents used to use when I was a child, and I wanted to get some film stock for them so I could use one of them when I visit Italy. The salesperson in the store was so helpful. He looked at both cameras, recommended which one he would use for my trip, showed me how to use it, loaded in the film and switched out the batteries. He also removed the old batteries from my second camera, and informed me there was old film in there! Which he removed for me and I plan on getting developed. Not only did I get my film, but a lesson on how to use my camera, and an overall really pleasant interaction with the sales rep.

Teema: I like going to Erin Mills Photo to develop my film photos, as well as print out digital pictures. I got shown how to print out digitals through my phone onto their kiosk. Super easy stuff 👍 My only complaint is sometimes it takes longer than expected to get my prints, if the printer gets jammed, which happens on occasion. But from I see, the staff are incredible and assure me and other customers that we will be serviced accordingly 🙂

But, in the past 1-2 years, the staff at this location changed and I absolutly love the people who work here. The guys who work in the rentals department are so down to earth, super helpful, personable, and I cant see myself getting rental equipement from anywhere else just because of the staff at this location. Andrew is the best!

You can get all types of photos for your legal documents in 10 mins. They have small studio to click the photos and print it. She has good knowledge about the requirements and can guide you as well. The place also used to have Bollywood and Punjabi collections. You can rent a video and CD. They still have some good collection.

He was too good and was able to take the photo of my baby in less than 30 seconds..the same service took forever in other photo studios I took my baby to.
