The Person Squad -Niqa: Excellent service here. Friendly employees and an owner who is very consistent in following up with requests and orders, and who is very accommodating in regards to order quantity, delivery, etc. This is my go- to paper place. I often need to make wedding invitations, and in doing so, I have found the paper on which I have done some of my best work here. I strongly suggest coming here if you need to order paper both in bulk and in small quantities.

Stuart Adam: Frustrated by the monopoly of my big city stock suppliers I stumbled upon Duroflex 5+ years ago. I took a chance and ordered a large skid of various cut sheets. I guess the volume was enough that they picked up the freight cost. However that was before fuel was surcharged by all the freight companies. HEY... did you notice when price per litre went down the fuel surcharge remained? Just sayin...To end my story, I now pretty much deal exclusively with Duroflex except for some press room supplies and the odd weird client requested sheets.The staff are quite professional and the young lady Valerie who I think looks after the gang on staff always has time to look into our clients creative ideas on our behalf.Thank you Duroflex for helping to make us look good!Mention to the owner I suggested they put a little something extra in your pay packet this week!Well done
Ian Watson: We have been dealing with Duroflex for a number of years. Unbeatable prices on label stocks. The rest of the selection is fairly bare-bones but they carry what you need for 80% of orders. Customer service is great: cheerful on the phone, they call back with stock updates, warehouse people help with carrying stuff to the car, delivery drivers are courteous and professional, real people interested in keeping their customers.

The Manager Shawn has been so supportive in training and developing me in learning the different aspects of the Company for which I am so very grateful. The Plant Supervisor Lenon has been equally supportive in training and developing me. This Company in my opinion is A+. The ladies in the Office are organize and do a great job. The employees although we are all very different we are very much a family. This Company has invested in me and therefore it gives me great pleasure to only produce exceptional work.
