They give you time to browse without pressuring you to make a selection. I have been a return customer for over 10 years and was most disappointed when they were no longer at the Heartland location. Once I learned of their new location I made my way there. My entire family shops only with these two ladies. They are an excellent example of service and should be recognized.

Aron: NOTE: This review is for the eye doctor only, as I did not deal with the store itself...Dr. Danni De Luca is hands down one of the best eye doctors out there. Super friendly and professional and makes you laugh every single time. He explains everything in detail, takes his time and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.
Osama Baig: I had a phenomenal experience at this Hakim Opticals. I came here to upgrade my lenses with a new Nikon lens. Harish was super helpful and accommodating. He took the time to show me around the store and patiently look through various glasses as well. He also fixed up my lenses which were crooked for a long time. When showing him my old glasses he was honest with the quality of the lenses as compared to Hakim products. Harish embodied Honesty, respect and customer service, I will continue to come back here!

PIX XX: The staff are very nice... And there is a lot of selection. Took about an hour to find what I was looking for and good. The entrance is on the other side of the main parking lot... You will see it from the road but not if you drive in from the north side... Had to figure that one out.

As there was nothing wrong with the lenses, we thought of getting a new frame for the same lenses and visited the Heartland location.Harish pleasantly surprised us by a no-cost solution. He gladly replaced the two arms making the frame as good as new!I have rarely experienced such an amazing customer experience at any vendor or service provider across products throughout the GTA.A big thank you to Harish!
Treesa Chacko: The customer service at this Hakkim location is exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Harish, the store manager at this location is very understanding and empathetic to the customers. I recently bought a frame and lenses from this location and unfortunately, the frame wasn't working well with the way I use it. One of the arms was always wobbly even after a couple of repairs and I wanted to get replaced. To my surprise, unlike any other store associates I had to deal with before, he was calm all the way and listened to everything and without any hesitation, he took the frame back and offered me to choose another frame that suited me better nearly free of cost. Exceptional customer service and very positive experience.

The staffs very very friendly and helpful throughout the time I was there and gave positive suggestions and honest opinions. Harish, the manager at this place was a very practical person and one of the best store managers I ever spoke with who know how to treat the customers so well. He was very pleasant and he didn’t show even the slightest hesitation to replace a frame which didn’t work well for me and even offered free repairs and replacement if I encounter any other hiccups. I would recommend this place to anybody and you won’t be disappointed with the service for sure!!

Leanna Acker: Shipping took way too long but the price of the glasses is good .. I chose basic frames and it’s definitely a “you get what you pay for situation “ I have to be very careful when cleaning them as they’re so cheaply made that the lenses almost pop out every time I clean them but I can see out of them and that’s all the matters I guess !
Melissa Harris: * 4.5 Stars. My experience with Optically was mostly fantastic! I purchased some frames from a boutique seller that I loved, and needed to have lenses put into them. Optically offers a reglazing service that allowed me to ship the frames in, have lenses put into them, and have the completed glasses sent back to me. This was all easy for me to do and the new glasses are perfect! The only reason I removed a half star from my review is that there was a general lack of clarity around the process for me. It wasn’t clear to me that “reglazing” was also the correct procedure for a brand new set of frames - an email to the company offered clarification around this point, which should perhaps be added to the website FAQ to save time. Also, after shipping my frames to the company, I didn’t hear anything from them for some time about the progress being made; after several weeks, I sent an inquiry asking for confirmation that they had received the frames and all was well. They responded right away, but it would be great to have a way to monitor progress or receive updates that did not involve me having to reach out to customer service, since the whole thing takes several weeks to complete. Aside from this one aspect though, I’m very pleased with my glasses and will 100% use the service again in the future - or outright purchase new glasses from Optically.

Ambika Haran: I tried to book a urgent appointment for a red eye for my elderly mom. They were fully booked but the optometrist called me back to fit her in and reviewed the fees beforehand, including the minimum and maximum fee to expect.
Kathie Hill: Great customer service by Dorret #148. I really appreciate top service by her. I went to the store July 19, 2022 at around 5 pm. Just broke my sunglasses which i had since 2018, but she knew exactly which ones they were by looking at them. They were Bolles which i believe had been discontinued. She went through her box of Bolles which they were there. She looked the number up and called another store which was at Mavis and Britania which said they had one pair left, to make sure they were the ones she ask that store if they could send a picture of the glasses to make sure they were the ones. Well they were ans she asked them to send it to her store and she told me they should be here tomorrow July 20th. Well they came to her store she called me , and with in 15 minute she had the old lenses which were prescription poped out and put in the new frames. Thank you Dorret for great service and i will be recommending my family and friends to come to your store. Hope you stay safe and all the best.
