eli parker: I have never tried fufu before and I wanted to give it a shot. So I got fufu and the beef stew. It was amazing, and delicious. The beef was soo tender and and juicy and the fufu paired with it perfectly. The mouth feel was amazing and the strew was perfectly spiced. It made for a meal experience that was so elemental. What a real treat. I can't believe all this time Iv been missing out. Creature comfort? Heck yes, this dish hits the spot just right. Fair warning to those who don't like heat. This dish brings the Heat for a nice Spicy kick. Definitely recoment for people who enjoy spicy food. It's the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I'm sure there are other menu options that aren't spicy if thats not your thing. Wish I lived closer because I would definitely frequent this establishment. The star deduction is not for the food because this was easily a 5 star food experience. Soo tasty. My only critic was the environment of the pickup/dining room. It was just a bit to un formal. Even still very friendly staff and food was prepared in minutes. A quick yet authentic home cooked meal vibe. I may just make the 1hr20 min drive back out next time I'm seriously craving some fufu and beef stew. Price point $22 for my meal. The food was soo good I am honestly satisfied even at that slightly higher price point. Well worth it indeed.

Anthonia George: I drove from downtown Toronto straight to this place to try their Jollof rice with Turkey and Egusi soup. I've had Jollof before but this was the tastiest. I have never had Egusi and pounded yam until now. I absolutely loved it. I also had plantain which was perfectly ripened and fried. I loved everything about the food. The service was amazing as well. I didn't get the lady's name but she was very friendly. My first time there and I got a . I will definitely be back.

This place is it actually amazing! I've eaten at a lot of Caribbean or Afro-American restaurants before and by far this is one of the best! Portion sizes are amazing as well as the actual price you pay for your food and the overall freshness how fresh your food tastes and how everything is cooked to order really pushes the point forward. I've tried their jerk chicken and a lot of their other stuff and the jerk chicken they made was actually really unique! It's not like your usual jerk chicken but it was way better! The lady that works there was super nice and they play African TV shows or music videos while you eat and I personally enjoy it! But they're really doing an injustice to themselves, you guys really need a bigger sign over by the main road so more people can see this amazing restaurant while passing by! The sign you have is very small and it's hard to see if you're driving. I recommend this place to all of my friends and everyone in the area if you're looking for somethi...

But we found this place on a luck and the food was so delicious and the service was TOP NOTCH!!! The lady was so kind to us with our ridiculous requests 😅 but she was amazing and delivered well. The jollof rice and chicken stew was amazing and I'm happy I got the pounded yam as well. She also served us Plantain and a bread like ball that was very soft. We had an amazing time. There so many items in the menu that I have not eaten in a while...Eru, Ekwang, kwakuku and so many others...I will just have to come back. Their jollof rice is also extremely tasty and we enjoy the beans as well.
