Harry Zheng: The best and largest rock climbing gym in Canada! So many unique climbs to work on and they change very frequently so that every time you go, they're fresh and fun! The price is very reasonable, especially for a full day, and the ambience is lively with many eager climbers with varying skills.

Up The Bloc: what do users think?

Alexander Sami: Tremendous. Absolutely tremendous.

Lynton Lam: Cool climbs, great variety of holds and volumes! Clean and cool in the summer time which is a big win! Nice gym set up in the back as well! It wasn't very busy when we went and so we got to climb lots!!

Nina Ma: Nice gym with very good setting. As a 5’ short woman it did not feel like any of the climbs were restrictive or much harder due to my height. It’s on the smaller side but still a great gym to visit!

EJ Lung: One of the few competition style gyms in Ontario. The place is clean, the setting is fun. The traffic to this place is crazy if you are coming from the east. Still, it is 100% worth it.

Lucas Archer: Started climbing last month and was instantly hooked. Great staff and a very friendly and welcoming vibe.

Andrew Calder: and the heat was suffocating

James: Quite hot in the summer, open some doors get a draft going or add some floor fans.

Daniel Santos: Home gym since summer of 2019. Definitely my favourite indoor bouldering gym. Bouldering only. Routes are super fun. The community is awesome and all the staff are super nice and inclusive. Highly suggest this gym for climbers of all skill levels.

Jay Tailor: AMAZING 1st Month Deal to get started and into the sport. Definitely check them out great atmosphere and community.

Kevin Diaz: Great atmosphere, plenty of boulders for all difficulties and probably the most affordable in GTA. Love this gym!

Obner: Positive:CommunicationI really wish they had a better hand dryer

Anna S: Nice gym - creative setting and great deal of variety. Friendly and smiley staff! A set of. yoga mats would be nice in the warm up / stretching area or maybe I did not find them…

Emma: First time climbing ever, and I think I couldn't have gone to a better spot than here. They have so many great challenges, but a solid amount of fun beginner puzzles that really kicked my butt in the best way

Ebrahim Moradi: Great place! Very helpful and nice staff

Julia: Worth the drive out from Toronto. Great setting

Jane Duong: Great atmosphere indoor rock climbing gym. You can either boulder or auto-belay, which are both suitable for kids, youth, and adults.

Bobby K: Thank you!!! Took my son and nephew yesterday and they had a blast. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and took the time to ensure the kids understood what they needed to do. Special mention to Mikayla who was extremely friendly and polite and always had a smile on her face while answering 50 questions. Nice to see friendly, helpful and a courteous staff. Everyone there was positive and very encouraging to the kids. Will definitely be back.

Krystina Ali: The community here makes this gym a wonderful hidden gem in Brampton, it has some amazing bouldering and literally every person is so friendly and helpful. People will always help you figure out a climb especially when you are new to the gym, and even more so when you become a regular!!!My family comes here often and we love this place so dearly! Shout out to the amazing staff and owners who really go the extra mile to make everyone's experience memorable

colton deroos: great gym and even better environment

Liam Matel: Toprock is such a great place to climb. All the staff are super friendly and the gym is always clean. The gym has new climbing sets every week so there is also always something to look forward to. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to try bouldering/climbing for the first time.

Nimrit Gill: met some awesome people who encourage climbing and are so supportive 😁 love this place

Dan Vizmanos: Shout out to toprock for setting some of the funnest boulders. The community here is solid. Many friendly locals that pretty much dap you up for every attempt. The staff was also knowledgeable, especially pat. Would recommend the visit for first timers and even seasoned climbers.

Lugo González Omar: Thanks for the good experience and all the advices and thanks to Kevin for share him climbing tips

Paulina K: Toprock has a great community, it's a small gym that has creative climbs and super supportive members/staff. I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone curious about climbing and experienced climbers alike!

Justin Siow: Only climbing gym I've been to where the employees offer chocolate and samosas to climbers. That's peak.

Boulderz Climbing Centre: what do users think?

Chris Taylor: This is my favourite climbing gym in the GTA there are so many routes : bouldering , top rope and auto belays I am never bored!! Friendly people and lots of variety of ages in the folks who climb .Nice easy going environment 🙃❤️And easy parking.

Julie Molinaro: Great gym!

Sabrina Sha: Very big gym, not only bordering but also belay. Air quality is good, not crowded

Armir Saraci (ASaraci): Awesome climbing gym with a good mix of routes for all difficulty levels

Osayd Hachmi: Amazing place to climb and train. Weightlifting area is available too.

Rodrigo: Perfect spot to take your child to learn something new, a challenge and a workout session that requires energy. It’s fun and exciting too!

Alex Caza: Decent spot with a good variety of climbs. Loved their traverse wall, the comp wall and the main wall problems were pretty fun! There wasn’t any air conditioning or air filtration in the gym, and it was pretty hot the day we went. The mix of no AC and no air filtration when it was ~35 with humidity out made for a nice mix of muggy chalk air.I also felt like a lot of the holds hadn’t been well taken care of on the main walls. Everything was extra slick and it was hard to establish well on most moves. The comp wall was fine, though, which seemed to use much newer holds!I’d go back the next time I was visiting that area on a cooler and dryer day!

Calvin Duong: off $45 two week promotions. If you decided to come back within those two weeks. Definitely would come back. Also had on site rock climbing shop for any gear you need to get started.

Andrea: , where you can practice falling from a sage height and you don’t have to fight as much against gravity since your climbing sideways rather than up.All the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended this place!

Jan Hojwa: Great experience lots of bouldering path for all levels of experience

Claire Jean Zhao: Really fun! The staff there was super friendly and really knowledgable to help total beginners like us to get started, looking forward to join their membership and go regularly with the kids.

Andrés Jiménez: Nice climbing gym with a special area for children. Auto belay, top rope, lead, bouldering, traverse, etc. Training area with weights, treadmill, spinning bike, rowing machine, hangboards, etc. We found memberships and pricing a bit tricky, but most of the staff were willing to guide us through to get the best deal. There is no charge for rentals for children under 4.

Aspire Climbing Milton: what do users think?

Samuel Gu: Prices are really affordable and climbs are fun. The staff are really friendly and offered my friend good first aid.

Sheena Masood: I have taken my kids there several times over the years and my kids always enjoyed their visit. Highly recommend.

Shiibeone: Is nice

Alamelu Ramanathan: Challenging tracks and several price plans for long term users and families

armaan neemuchwala: Great fun, always! Went with my friends and had an awesome time. My favourite is bouldering. Definitely a great place to get some fitness and fun into your day.

Kendra Jacobs: The team were absolutely fantastic, extremely accommodating to the kids as they ventured from the obstacle courses and climbing walls. Very clean space and all around fantastic! I’ve had nothing but great comments from the parents about the party and location. Thank you Aspire!!!

Ryan Devries: Absolute blast and very accomodating. We went for a staff outing. Riley and Kyle were fantastic as we had a range of skill levels. They made the visit very comfortable and included a great warmup, tough challenges and included some good team building activities. A huge thank you to Aspire!!!! Such an awesome facility!

Andrea Savard: What a great place for team-building! We brought our staff for a fun afternoon. Kyle and Riley were complete champs! They lead us through a fun warm-up, skill practice and guided us the entire way on the climbing walls and ninja course. With varying skill & confidence levels in our group, they were patient, supportive and so encouraging. The laughs never stopped!!! We will definitely be back.

Firas El-Hamed: Good but small

Fynn Touchette: Good gune

mOhSiN I: Pretty good spot if you're into Rock climbing or want to try it out. My 7 y.o went with his soccer team, and they had a blast. A few of them reached all the way up. Some turned around after realizing how high they were! Plan to take both the kids next time. They have walls that would challenge a lot of adults as well.

john geraghty: Kids loved it, can't wait to go back

The Rock Oasis Inc.: what do users think?

Yuxi Xiao: Great staff, fun setup!

Cindy Ocean: Quite a good climbing gym with automatic belay systems so you can climb safely w family or even by yourself! They offer top-rope climbing and bouldering which are perfect. Even unexperienced climbers and kids can come here.

Fritz Boyd: Good setters. Routes are challenging. I didn't have time to get a lead assessment done but next time I'm doing that for sure because they have a near horizontal cave for lead only. Some of the pictures I see online are quite old. They've repainted the place and added more lighting to brighten it up.They're now under the same ownership as Joe Rockhead's in Liberty Village and Up the Block Mississauga so one pass gives you access to all three gyms which is great value.

Sejin Kim: Great climbing gym with great staff! Puzzles change frequently so you can really progress rapidly with a membership.

Samira Ahmed: The people were spnnice and helpful in getting us adjusted for our first time. The palc eis pretty big and has a very chill atmosphere. Don't worry at all if it's your first time there, you will feel really comfortable. Also, if you wear two different sizes of shoes, they even accommodate that.

Edward S: The climbs are great, however the facility feels lacking. The bouldering area seems a bit cramped but it makes use if every space available so I can't complain. On the other hand, the parking situation is not great. There is currently no free/authorized parking next to the building and you'd need to find a spot elsewhere or risk being towed if you park next to their main entrance. I'd love to give this place 5 stars but can't justify it due to these small issues.

Basecamp Climbing Bloor West: what do users think?

nina stepanik: Nice Boulder gym

Duc Pham: I brought my cousin here to try bouldering for the first time and the basecamp staff Amanda was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great introductory for a beginner and fun experience for intermediate level climbers. I highly recommend the location. While this location is more focused on rope top, they have a fun area for bouldering as well. I hope basecamp can expand the bouldering area a bit more.

David Bakker: We had an excellent experience - very friendly staff who gave a thorough orientation to the facility. Can't wait to check out their other location!

Noemi Hallett: , attended a week of camp at the Bloor Street location and they absolutely loved it. The staff are so friendly and kind, and they learned a lot.

Yuxi Xiao: Fairly new, like their friction system so you can belay with big weight difference, but is too small and always crowded. They don’t change the routes frequent enough.

terry blouin: I took my two daughters there. It was a fun afternoon. A bit pricey. I think all in it was close to $200 for the 3 of us for the afternoon. They have many routes to climb of varying difficulties.

Ioana Nicolau: Great walls and very friendly staff. Went with kids and they loved it! Staff took the time to introduce climbing to kids and answer questions.

Eric Lee: Lots of different routes to choose from and staff are very friendly

Cameron Deardon: Great staff, great vibe and plenty to challenge all levels

Joseph D: Fun bouldering. Super busy during the week for belaying so did not bother. Convenient location on the subway line.

CraftSpree Studio: Took a lesson for beginners yesterday. I actually signed up my 10-year old daughter for a 2-hr kids climb session, but while I was watching my daughter climbing I decided to take a class as well. A first available session for adults was in over an hour, in a group of 8 people. I had to decide if i want to wait or comeback another time, but an instructor who I think was on his break and supposed to teach the class overheard my conversation with the receptionist and offered to teach me right away. So, basically I got a private instructor for the price of a group session. That was very kind of him and an awesome experience for me. So my daughter and I were taking the lessons at the same time and nobody was waiting for anybody and I didn’t have to come back another time. My impression of the lesson and the gym in overall was very positive, I signed up for a membership. As a beginner climber I definitely recommend the Basecamp Climbing.

Anastasia Rumyantseva: In our neighborhood, finding a good pizza at a great price is not easy. These guys made it possible, super tasty dough, wonderful toppings and a large selection. The pizza is fresh, crispy and cooked right in front of you. My highest recommendation, be sure to try it!

Andrew Patterson: Just had my daughter's 8th birthday here. It was a blast. Kid's were a mix of experienced climbers to newcomers. The instructors made sure they all had fun and felt included. When a few the girls were waiting for their turn, another staff member came by to lead them in a push up contests and taught them 'the worm'. Also, when the kids got hungry early, they happily changed plans so the kids could eat and then return to climbing. Great time from start to finish.

Evelynn Laine: Super nice and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out the right equipment, and didn’t hesitate to grab several helmets from the back room. Great customer service.

Ty Szarko: Super knowledgeable helpful staff, dedicated to the community, staple of GTA climbing scene

Gregory Palka (Greg): Best gear shop and resole service. Super knowledgeable staff!

Gonzalo León: Great people! highly recommended

Julian Lam: Had my shoes done by this shop, super convenient that they pick up and drop off from my local gym. Also paid them a visit to pick up an online order, and all went well 👍Less of a place to browse, more of a place to go when you know exactly what you want 🙂

Yoshi: They did a wonderful job with my Lyra's, they're better than when I originally bought them. Couldn't recommend enough

salvatruco66: Great service

Alex Feier: Used them multiple times with great results. The last time, the sole started cracking after 2 uses. I let them know and they redid it free of charge. Excellent service and communication. Will be shipping another pair soon.

Eric O'Brien: Amazing! I have wide feet and finding climbing shoes is hard. They had several shoes to try from and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Marco Cirone: Shoes came back excellent!

KittenIgnition: They know a lot and are always happy to help, and they do great work, but damn they need a bigger location and/or more staff because the wait times are crazy lately.

Alex Plotkin: excellent quality resole shop.

True North Climbing: what do users think?

Jooyoung Lee: Very friendly staff and kid friendly. Our toddler loves this place. This was our first climbing venue and we all enjoy coming here. It can get busy at times, but it feels like a great place for both beginners and more experienced climbers.

Noor: I had never tried rock climbing before and I visited True North Climbing with two friends who had never tried rock climbing before either. The instructor gave instructions for around 10 minutes and ensured we understood everything before leaving. The center was clean and maintained well. There were enough climbing locations available when we visited so we did not have to wait around. An enjoyable activity and would consider visiting again!

Jonathan W: Really nice and helpful staff, there are a lot of regularly updated top rope, auto belay, and bouldering walls for all difficulties

Dameli Mambetalinova: I've been going to this gym for 7 months and I've loved every day I spent there. A lot of walls, fun routes, they change them frequently so it doesn't get boring. Helpful and friendly staff, a lot of kiddos running around. The only downside is the memberships are kind of expensive.

Steven Samu: months under their membership and have had a standout experience. The climbing walls are well-designed, offering a wide variety of routes suitable for climbers of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to practice your technique or an experienced climber seeking a challenge, it has something for everyone. The routes are meticulously set and regularly updated. The gym also provides spacious and clean changing rooms, ample parking, and a well-stocked gear shop.

William Bergeron: Very nice gym, has enough space to do either blocks or ways

rdgloveshouse: All the staff are very friendly. I come multiple times a week often by myself for bouldering and have become acquainted with many of them. They do a great job at making a welcoming and fun environment. I appreciate the weekly routsetting too.

Dmitry C: Nice place, not crowded

Miriam: True North is amazing! I discovered climbing here and now have an annual membership. They switch up routes regularly to keep it interesting. The auto-belay and belay walls offer an awesome range of puzzles from easy to tough, with the grade felt at least 70-80% of the time. Cleanliness is very good, and ventilation is excellent all year round. My only gripe is that there is no option to suggest songs for their playlist yet.

Dana Hyde: , I was welcomed to supervise him without issue. We had a fun time and will definitely stop in the next time we're traveling through the area.

Kyle Ngo: Great place for bouldering and top rope, prices are amazing and course changes weekly!

Hanif Ghayyur: By far the best climbing place I have ever been to. Employees were so kind and helpful. So many levels and options to choose from!
