WEJ: Contacted LA Music and talked to Sam a couple weeks ago. Sam was very helpful and after ordering, it only took about a week for my guitar to arrive directly to my home. Did the complete transaction online and it was seamless and I received updates from Sam on the status of the order via phone and email. I received great service for being a first time customer from another province having never met Sam in person or being an LA Music customer.I contacted LA Music after ordering the same guitar from another major music store online and waited over six months to be told that I had to wait longer. I cancelled my order after that runaround. Called Sam and as mentioned got the guitar I wanted in a very short time! Definitely encourage everyone to check out LA Music and talk to Sam when shopping for gear!

Justin Zwiers: Fantastic customer service, helped me make sure i could check out and everything online when i was running into issues with very friendly and quick service. When they went to verify they had the item on the website, they realized they were out of stock, but then offered to upgrade me to a similar model that was the next teir up free of charge or some other options.Considering im a first time customer thats pretty wild. Shipping was very quick, and well pacakaged to protect the amp. They also followed up afterwards to ensure i was satisfied with everything. I wish i lived closer to their brick an mortar store because i would be a frequent visitor.

I wanted to get a hummingbird Jim told me about the promotion going on trading in guitars and I was thinking about trading in my fender telecaster he introduced me to Adrian and Brian.I came in the next morning On the weekend and Adrian was helping me out I picked out the hummingbird got some new strings on it and traded in my fender. I’m very happy with customer service I received from Jim, Adrian,Brian very knowledgable and made me comfortable making my own decision but giving great advice at the same time will be coming back👍.

Steve Brock: I got into busking this spring - which has led to many visits to Long and McQuade on Rathburn for new equipment and accessories. I've dealt with several of the people there and they have all been great. I am not super knowledgeable and it would probably be easy to sell me stuff I don't need but I have found just the opposite. At times I have been respectfully talked out of purchase ideas I had that wouldn't do the job. My set-up is working great and I'm having fun! L & M has earned my repeat business - and this little review is the least I can do.

Rowan Nash: Fantastic service. The rep who handled my order was nothing but kind, patient and courteous, even offering a free item to make the shipping costs a little less painful. Was a bit surprised at the shipping fees, as for my location and order, I had to pay an extra $50 on top of the amount I had already paid for the completed order, but that's likely an issue with the ordering platform, and not the store itself.Although the packing box said that the contents were fragile, the box was delivered damaged, but again, this was an issue with the delivery service and not the store itself. The package actually got here in record time, with my instrument intact. The price was incredibly reasonable - the most I'd ever seen, which is why I jumped on the deal.All in all, any difficulties I experienced were completely outside the control of the store, and they did their best to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

asif jafri: I was a student of GW and can't say enough of how good this place is. All of the teachers are excellent and very friendly. My son goes there now for bass lessons and and is very happy with Davin. Aside from lessons, Jim always there there to help. Recently I bought LTD arrow from Jim.
Mya (Turtle): it was my first time going into a guitar store and the experience was great. The person who was working at the time, Jim, gave a detailed explanation of what the problem was and how to fix it. He was solid, fixed it, and gave lots of good tips. You can see the effort with how much detail there was in the explanations. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

He took the time to sit with me and explain and answer questions about a few guitars. Also showed me some power chords so I could try out the feel of some of the guitars as a beginner.I walked out of the store with a guitar, but Jim told me if I find something on the website I prefer, to just give him a ring and he'll order it in for me, and I can exchange no problem.Week later I called him because I found the guitar I absolutely love. He ordered it in for me. I picked it up today, exchanged the other guitar and now have my wonderful Schecter Banshee GT.
