The atmosphere was nice, there were a lot of product but it didnt feel overwhelming.The person who helped us, noticed the car he brought down from the shelf wasn't the colour we wanted, so he connected with the warehouse and quickly ex changed it.In addition, when we had questions about 3d printing and what they were currently printing, he gave a quick teaching lesson. It was pretty neat.They have a good selection of Gundam model kits , some pretty cool aircrafts and ships models. They have a good amount of different colour paints.I would highly recommend going there for your RC car, paint and airplane mode kit needs

Dave Natale: This store has super friendly staff that are absolutely loyal to their customers. As a new customer can appreciate that I was able to reserve and then purchase a very rare Tamiya rc through email - communication was great. In some other rc shops this wouldn't have happened and I've seen these rare items usually held for "regulars".The store is well stocked with tons of cool stuff. Lots of scale accessories for trucks and crawlers and the most selection of Tamiya bodies I have ever seen. Make sure you check these guys out!

Chelsea: Otabase is amazing for being one of the best place to get unique figures in Mississauga. I normally would have to drive to Toronto/Scarborough or the mall which would only have 1/3 of what they have in their stock.They have a website for easy ordering and in-store pick-up as well as an Instagram page they keep up to date.The only thing I wish they would have is 1. More recognition and more traffic so everyone can appreciate the hidden gem that they are and 2. more nendoroids for me to break my bank on!

Marcin Bojara: The service here is exceptional! I had an issue with a locomotive I purchased here and the staff resolved the issue quickly to get me back on track. Their knowledge and customer service is the reason I'll be making all my model train purchases here from now on.

I brought my dji avata to him to have the motors swapped and not only was he super helpful,honest and did a amazing job on the drone but he also went out of his way and met with me on his day off just to make sure I have my drone back in time. I couldn't recommend this place more!! If you're looking to get started with your fpv setup or anything fpv related this is the perfect place for you!

James Shaw: Best customer service I've ever received. On 3 seperate occasions Shady took time out of his personal day to help me and accomodate my needs. 1. I had trouble setting up my gear and Shady sent instructions and videos to help me out. 2. He was in the middle of moving locations and that day dropped what he was doing to fix my drone. 3. I'm going on a trip and wouldn't be able to make it before his store closes, he is meeting me after hours to make sure I can have my gear ready to go for this trip. I could not recommend him anymore!

Vince Veloso: Great hobby and boardgame cafe! Mostly visit for miniature hobby supplies but always try to pick up food while I am there. I believe they had a chopped cheese inspired sandwich one weekend as a special. It was fantastic! Hope they bring it back.

Lisa H: I come here most weekends and it's a pretty solid experience each time. Sundays are the busiest, so if you're looking to avoid crowds, you can go on another day. The staff are very kind and patient and they know a lot about the games. The snacks and drinks are also good and modestly priced.
