Gennalee Gordon: hands down one of my FAVE people in this hospital. He was FANTASTIC! I was so nervous for my bone scan and getting the needle put in my arm. He was quick it was painless, he was friendly, told me exactly what was happening. Even after I left the hospital he called me to make sure I had all the information needed for the after care part. Honestly if you need to get a bone scan done and you are lucky to havw Ian as the one who does your scan you are in the BEST hands. Also Michelle was fantastic

The outstanding level of care, coordination and follow up has been amazing, and has been incredibly helpful as I have had to navigate a number of complex chronic health conditions. I have finally been able to receive appropriate assessment and treatment and see results for issues I have struggled with for years. This is a team of competent and compassionate professionals, which is able to leverage its connections to the Trillium Health system to facilitate speedy referrals and access to appropriate care. The size of the clinic allows them to provide after hours care, and all team members maintain detailed notes which are kept in a centralized patient file for ease of follow up and continuity.I am followed by resident Dr. Karen Paik, who is extremely thorough and very kind and personable. All of the other residents I have had the pleasure of interacting with are fantastic and take the time to listen to concerns, investigate symptoms, and discuss treatment options, in consultation with their coordinating physician.Sabah Ahmed from the physiotherapist office has relentlessly researched and advocated for assessment and treatment of my chronic back pain and sciatica, while following up with me frequently and providing support during a difficult period of my life. She worked with the medical team to refer me to the Rapid Access for Lower Back Pain clinic, and within a few short months I have been referred for epidural steroid injections and a surgical consultation. I cannot say enough about about how impressed I am with Sabah's approach and follow up, I have never experienced anything like it with any other medical professional.Rita Hanna, Primary Care Pharmacist, runs the smoking cessation program and has taken a proactive and compassionate approach to support my journey to quit smoking.Dr. Ali Damji is following me through another clinic, but is also a supervising physician at the CVFHT. Anyone who is seen by him or one of his residents will be in excellent hands.The smiling face of receptionist Jinny welcomes you to the clinic and puts patients at ease.I would like to express my appreciation to the entire team and especially to those mentioned in this review. Although there has been some frustrating moments trying to get through on the phone, I have to say overall our weekly experience is outstanding. We get the pleasure of dealing with Maureen, an RN and she is absolutely amazing, very attentive and most importantly she actually cares.It is without a doubt they are shortstaffed at times but we never feel rushed by Maureen, she always takes her time and answers the many questions and concerns we have.Our visits our always so pleasant!!

Leigh Ann Simec: I am continually amazed at the great service and considerate staff at CVFHT. I recently had to decide whether to drive in very bad weather, and be late, or cancel. I called as soon as I could and Sunnie said to just be safe and take my time. She managed to move me later somehow, in a super packed day. It was a huge relief! I arrived and was early at that point. She recognized my name checking in and asked how my drive was and she was glad I was safe. It felt like family who cared! Thanks again for this wonderful team!

My wait time was limited and she made a not so nice feeling vaxx a better experience. Excellent at giving the needle, that part I didn’t even feel. Great experience today.

I've never been able to get appts on such short notice, or have scripts refilled over the phone, or just not be rushed out of the office by a staff that is far too busy to provide adequate care. I even had one member of the team hand deliver smoking cessation products because I couldn't make it in to the office that day.

Just all around everything my family could possibly ask for.I can't tell you how many times I wondered if it was worth going through the reception to actually get the appointment.*Something has drastically changed at front desk/reception. +3 stars up from the original two. It was a very different experience, year after year, appointment after appointment not too long ago. So very much different. Thank you.

Handling my complicated pregnancy with alot of patience and kindnessultrasound technicians are really good toothe waiting time is insane.. have to wait atleast 4-5 hours to get done with everythingneed to improve on communication ways. No one picks up the phone at the clinic and only way to talk to them is leaving a voice mail and pray they reply
