N P: I came to Luggage Town as they are an authorized Briggs & Riley repair center.It is full of suitcases under repair and we were perfectly fine with it.Owner explained my options and repaired it on the spot.While there, he received phone calls from customers. I could actually hear people getting irate because they would describe the problem and he told them that he could not provide a quote or timeframe for a repair over the phone for a bag that he had not seen or inspected in person.He tried to explain that pictures are not good enough for him to fully diagnose an issue but people just continued to try to push him on the phone.My wife and I both found him to be kind, knowledgeable and engaging.So, take some reviews with a "grain of salt".I would definitely get my luggage repaired here next time.

Victoria Vuong: I initially used the online estimate tool and uploaded a picture of my handbag that I thought was a water stain, the response back was that it did not appear to be a water stain and that there seemed to be some damage to the leather grain, it was recommended I bring the bag in for inspection. I did as such but was a bit reluctant to afterreading some of the negative reviews, however I recognized that there were far more positive reviews than negative ones, so decided to take time off work to drive across town for a look. I am SO glad that I did. I was met with amazing service and hospitality. The bag was taken to the back for Tony the owner to look at, a few minutes later the service rep came out and told me that Tony and done a little quick work on it and that he would come out to explain what was done. I was caught off guard and super surprised to see that the stain was a bit lighter . Tony took the time to explain to me that the stain looked to be a protein stain or oil stain of sorts and that he applied some thing on her to help remove some of the stain. Although not 100,% gone it was much better ...it being so minor and the bag being so new he recommended I just keep it as it is. He didn't charge me for his time. I appreciated his honesty, firm and fair approach. I even did a quick walk through to see a full warehouse of goods being serviced, and a Louis Vuitton bag being restored. This place is the "real deal" I will no doubt bring my leather goods in for service . Thank you Tony !

Obviously a milling dye job gone wrong.I called up Love your Leathers and with the amazing service of pick up and drop off it was complete worry free job and done well. The website is also amazing. Plus the Master of the company review the product before the start of job.The service was Deglazing-Cleaning, Full Dyeing and Sealant of the jacket.It looks way better than new.I was told the master of the shop did the job. After they examined it, they figured out that it was in fact some sort of paint that's stuck on the leather, they promptly cleaned it free of charge, since it took only seconds.
