At Pathway, we operate on two sources of income: rental income and a subsidy from the government. We use this income to cover our operating expenses and to set aside a reserve fund each year to cover future major replacements, such as the roof, windows, and appliances. As the annual subsidy from the government is a fixed amount, any increase in expenses such as maintenance and utilities is covered by raising market rents or reducing the level of service and improvements. Therefore, it is essential for everyone to maintain the buildings efficiently to help manage costs.

To ensure efficient operations and compliance with related regulations and policies, we have a team of professionals overseeing the day-to-day activities of the buildings.
