Victoria Vuong: I initially used the online estimate tool and uploaded a picture of my handbag that I thought was a water stain, the response back was that it did not appear to be a water stain and that there seemed to be some damage to the leather grain, it was recommended I bring the bag in for inspection. I did as such but was a bit reluctant to afterreading some of the negative reviews, however I recognized that there were far more positive reviews than negative ones, so decided to take time off work to drive across town for a look. I am SO glad that I did. I was met with amazing service and hospitality. The bag was taken to the back for Tony the owner to look at, a few minutes later the service rep came out and told me that Tony and done a little quick work on it and that he would come out to explain what was done. I was caught off guard and super surprised to see that the stain was a bit lighter . Tony took the time to explain to me that the stain looked to be a protein stain or oil stain of sorts and that he applied some thing on her to help remove some of the stain. Although not 100,% gone it was much better ...it being so minor and the bag being so new he recommended I just keep it as it is. He didn't charge me for his time. I appreciated his honesty, firm and fair approach. I even did a quick walk through to see a full warehouse of goods being serviced, and a Louis Vuitton bag being restored. This place is the "real deal" I will no doubt bring my leather goods in for service . Thank you Tony !

Mohamed Rizwan: Recently I gave Sandalman an Italian made Shearling jacket my parents bought for me 20 years ago in Dubai. The jacket was not worn for over 20 years and its leather had dried out and was not conditioned at all during the period. The jacket sleeves were also too short for me. I spoke to Cory to have the sleeves elongated to fit me and for the jacket to be oiled and reconditioned.This was a really complex repair as the materials for making the extension to the sleeves had to use the jacket's hood. The repair work took roughly four weeks to complete and the results were excellent. Not only did the jacket fit perfectly but also the changes made modernized the jacket’s overall look and feel. Cory was great to work with and he gave honest advice throughout the process.I was very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Sandalman for any leather work or jacket repairs. Will definitely return here for future projects or to maintain any of my other leather jackets.
