I finally saw the perfect piece and Scott was so helpful and patient with my questions and requests. He sent me additional photos, helped me to work through some sizing issues, and was able to accommodate my shipping needs. Christena Manley: I had am amazing experience at Turn of the Century Lighting yesterday that I just have to share. Six months ago I purchased some vintage pendants from an antique dealer and have been going back and forth with the seller to get the lights re-wired per his commitment. In despair and frustration, I finally gave up and walked into Turn of the Century Lighting. Micheal was incredibly empathetic and helped me with my situation. The lights are now ready for my electrician to hang! I am so relieved that the saga is over and will definitely work with more reputable antique dealers - such as Turn of the Century - in the future!

The quality of the lights is excellent and Izzat and his amazing helper did a fantastic job installing all of the fixtures. I would recommend this store to anyone for sales and for service. These new lights have transformed the space.

Eggert Boehlau: Thank you for taking the time to repair my Breville toaster oven. It now works again perfectly. The door switch you replaced appears to be a common fault. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer repair options. I am so grateful that you were able to repair it and keep a good appliance out of the recycling stream.It was well worth the wait.
Maureen Richler: I have been getting repairs done here for years. Excellent service and reasonably priced. It’s so much better for the environment to fix things rather than disposing of them and buying new. Also, things you buy now aren’t made to last …your older things are made much better!
Iain: The team altered three UK lamps to work on the Canadian electrical system. The work was excellent, at an acceptable price. The team were very good at answering queries, and providing updates.
Phil Buckley: I had the best customer service experience with the Fix It Again Sam team. I dropped off a standing lamp for a diagnostic. Although it was a European-made rare LED model, they said they would see if it was fixable. Although it wasn't, the experience was tremendous, especially the communication throughout the process. I look forward to returning for other repairs.

S H: They restored a vintage lamp for me and did a great job and they were able to maintain the original details of the lamp. I highly recommend them, just be patient as they have high demand for their "fix" services.
Tim McLarty: I had a pottery barn lamp and the switch stopped working. I took it in and Fix It Again Sam fixed it in record time. I attempted to fix it myself, so of course I came in with a bag of parts. He was able to piece it all back together and did an amazing job. Awesome job!
