Daldongnae Korean BBQ (Mississauga): what do users think?

Cuong Lieu: Another great location of the Daldongnae restaurants. Everything was wonderful from the service to the food.It was busy for dinner, they have an online system so you can leave and be texted when your table is ready. The servers work together and patrol the tables to help customers which is very efficient. As always the meat is flavourful and nice cuts of pork or beef, you pay by weighted amounts. We tried the spicy squid salad, it was really nice and fresh with snow pear, cucumber, lettuce and spicy chilled squid.

Jasmine Tran: ever since 3. It is giving such an authentic vibe of those korean restaurants you see in kdrama, which makes the experience way much better. I normally order one order of beef & pork then cold noodle salad for the main and it would be good for 2-3 ppl.If you come in the weekend make sure you book the table in advance to avoid the wait cuz it could takes quite some times if you don’t. It is my habit to capture some food pics every time I come here but didn’t have a chance to share them until now ;

이현성: I love this food

Lilian: - The restaurant is really cute and cozy and in the Mississauga China Palace so it is really close to other places if you want to check them out before/after.- The meat was really tasty and I loved that it came with SO many free side dishes, but keep in mind that the portions are really small. The side dishes around the grill makes the eating experience really interesting and fun but it’s a little inconvenient because they all have different cooking times so you have to keep an eye on them or else they’ll burn. The grill is also on top of the table, unlike other kbbq or jbbq places which have the grill inside the table. Although it looked nice, the oil/grease from the meat would constantly fly and hit all of us. I saw this happened at all the tables around me too which lowkey made me feel like I was at a war zone at the dinner table. MAKE SURE TO WEAR LONG SLEEVES AND PANTS!- The servers were really kind but it was so hard to get their attention. I understand that it was busy so it’s not that big of a deal but I felt like they could have been a bit more attentive to give quality service. We had to wait like 10 minutes at the door before a hostess even noticed us and I was fighting for my life to get a server to notice me to get the bill.- Overall, for the price and experience, I would say this place was alright but I don’t think I would come again. Instead I would recommend trying another kbbq place called KOBI because I think the service and food there provide a way better experience.

Anitha R: Favourite place for Korean food! Food was 10/10Unfortunately, service was lacking. Servers were not available enough/ forgot to bring tea ordered at the beginning and extra tongs. Had to go to the front to get them after waiting a long time. Also had to wave them down for the other times we needed help. Friendly, but didn’t felt taken care of.

Jeanie L: , beef short plate

Arirang BBQ Restaurant: what do users think?

tierra cab: Me and my bf go here all the time its the best for korean food. the bulgogi is so goooooood and the side dishes are also so good. their radish side dish is my favourite i crave for it everyday. the service is so good the waiters are so nice and always check up on us and refill our side dishes and talk to us about our lives. my favourite restaurant i luv it teehee

Sreenath Menon: Good all you can eat korean bbq! but their icecream/popsicle is only one per customer!

Mary Huang: I love coming to arirang not just for the kbbq but specifically for their Gamjatang and banchan, love the fish cakes and their seaweed salad. This time I also opted to try their steamed mandu. They were good but not as good as the gamjatang which is always packed with lots of bones, meat, rich broth and perfectly soft potatoes. Highly recommend and the service here has always been great every time I’ve been. Next time I’d like to try the bossam and another comforting soup!Parking: Lots of spots right in front of the restaurant

Ahmad Shakarchi: It's such a great restaurant, amazing staff that treats you like a family member! The food is fresh, clean, and delicious. It's my favorite restaurant and always will go backKid-friendliness: My kids love the restaurant and love their food.. they even supplied chopsticks for kids in cartoon shape.Parking: plenty of parking

Wow Korean Restaurant: what do users think?

Christopher Li: Nice, unassuming Korean restaurant. Very authentic food and appearance, both interior and exterior. Korean cooks and waitstaff.Food came quickly, tasted fresh and amazing. Side dishes were plentiful and very crisp. Tablet service was very easy to use and made life a lot easier. The space is slightly cramped in the corners and the interior is a bit warm, but overall a very good experience. Prices are pretty average but reasonable. The two person hotpot meals are massive, and can easily feed 3.

Babu Ranjan: and a bunch of side dishes.Meat was tender and went with the spicy sauce so well. Side dishes were kimchi and other variations of pickled vegetables

Sell Justly: may have just been a one off experience where they closed earlier than hours mentioned on google. We noted customers continuing to dine in less than an hour before close. Glad we gave this place another shot since we were in the area.

Mariedonna Yabut: Was very nice and approachable. $20 for 8 pieces of fried chicken with fries, man filled up us. Also ordered the pork bone soup that came with nutritional rice

Vaibhav Shinde: Parking options Free parking lot

Sikgaek Korean Restaurant and Bar: what do users think?

JY Won: Stir-fried Omurice and Squid were very delicious! It was a little disappointing that the side dish was radish pickled cabbage and kimchi. But the main dish was very good.

Liyan: , kalgoksoo

Ishmeet Singh: March 1, 2020Amazing food and great restaurant. Service was 5/5. Thank you for the experience.Aug 13, 2023Once again.. amazing for and service

Samson (chopstixinthesix): CHICKing out this CHEESY, awesome spot🙌🏻 We got Dakgalbi, Boneless Chicken Joseph, Buldakbak, and Takoyaki Omurice. Dakgalbi was a Hot Plate that had Spicy Chicken, mixed Veg, Rice Cake in the centre and Mozzarella Cheese on the outter ring, the Spicy Chicken was a bit on the runny side, but so good to coat it in the gooey Cheese, look at them cheese pull! Boneless Chicken Joseph was BOMB, the Chicken Bites were crispy, render, juicy, coated in a sweet and spicy Sauce, it also had stringy Cheese, this is a MUST try! Buldakbak was Korean Spicy Chicken Feet with Tteokbokki served in a sizzling plate, it was spicy, sweet, the Chicken Feet were tender, and the Tteokbokki was chewy, so good! Takoyaki Omurice came with 3 amazing Takoyaki, Spicy Chicken Rice that was spicy, flavourful, topped with the most perfect Tornado Omelette and Alfredo Sauce around that was extremely creamy, and delicious!

Joyce Quach: I've been here twice and really like the interior of this restaurant. Half of it is designed with booth seating which gives it an overall cozy vibe! My favourite dish is their japchae! so good! Their honey chicken wings are also really good and unique. They don't serve as many side dishes as other korean restaurants and I personally didn't love their bibimbap because I found it a little dry.

Semi Korean & Japanese Restaurant: what do users think?

Steven Flores: Best way to describe this restaurant would be hidden gem. The place is ran by a nice elderly Korean couple. The place may not be as fancy as other Korean restaurants but they prices and food are topnotch. My fav is their sesame roasted chicken, for $12 you get a delicious meal with a good amount of chicken & rice with a side order of kimchi.

Ms. T Journey: for a whole meal. It's hard to find this deal nowadays. 🤩Their gamjatang portions were quite generous - three pieces of pork bone, but no potatoes. It was okay for us because they served it with rice and some complimentary kimchi and it was quite filling. I ordered the seafood soup. I loved their soup as it was so flavorful. They also served a fish. Surprisingly, there weren't many bones. Additionally, we got the grilled mackerel, which we both loved. It only cost $5. The grilling and seasoning were perfect, and it paired well with the sour sauce.

Vilopus: A real hole in the wall restaurant, located in a old shopping center. Despite the grimy interior that is Newin mall, this restaurant is a hidden gem. Amazing korean food at a great price. On the recommendation of other reviews, I had the pork bone soup, despite my not liking pork so much. To my surprise, the soup was amazing, flavourful without the feeling of high sodium, medium spice, and very hearty. An amazing restaurant that cooks everything from fresh, and it shows in its quality!

Kerry Kim: and Korean Miso Soup

fird: Best hole in the wall authentic Korean spot. Value and portion sizes are amazing.

Truc Dang: So cheap. Pay by cash only. Good portion.

DOUG VONDRA: Fast service good food

Aqua Aqua: Giving 5 stars for a foodcourt restaurant because their price is very good, kind of cheap. However the food taste good and offering many choices. Running by a couple, as their english is not good, not talk much but u can still feel the wife's friendly and nicely smile. If you like home style korean food, highly recommend u try this but better buy take away. The foodcourt is kind of very old.

Tomasz Duch: Verry good food ! Highly recommended !

Katrina Sy: Delicious food! Mom & Pop shop, very nice couple very cheap food but very delicious.

Michelle Kim: My mother, grandmother and grandmother in law have been coming here for some time and recently let me know of this restaurant. Having moved to mississauga I was looking for nice homey authentic korean food and this place hits the spot. We’ve tried donkatsu, gamjatang and few more dishes and they were all great!

K-Pocha: what do users think?

Charles Escueta: Good food at a good price.

P Diddly: Not bad, gone down hill since covid.. Hopefully picks back up

Melody Cao: The food was great; tteokbokki was super soft and chewy, rice cakes were salty and flavorful, loved the cheese too. But adding the cheese and fish cakes were extra and it added up quite a bit. The japchae was reallllly good, bursting with flavour but still was a great balance from the really have tteokbokki. The chicken, which is what it should be known for, was okay. We ordered boneless chicken and they got the order wrong and gave us boned chicken. I’ve been here twice and the first time I came, they got the chicken order wrong again. So it was kind of disappointing how they got the order wrong again. Last time they gave us free cheese corn which made up for their mistake. But this time, they didn’t do anything. The taste of the chicken obviously was good, but I think it was very overpriced too. Sticky and heavy. Def was too full after sharing these three dishes with 3 people.

Brandon Ng: Good portion and great taste at a fair price!

March Kim: Delicious food, good price, staff is sooooooooo kind!

Nancy L: Sooo delicious and affordable! The lady working here is super nice too. Can't believe this is in a food court, this was probably some of the best Korean food I've had in Mississauga!Just make sure to bring cash, they don't accept any cards

Ling D: Delicious pork bone soup, great prices too. This place is honestly a hidden gem

Cindy N: It’s my first time trying out this place and I really liked it! This spot is more of a food court setting and casual.I got both the soup and the noodles. The pork bone soup has really large meat portions and super flavourful. It was so filling it was basically two meals for me personally. The noodles were tasted pretty good. They gave so much sauce that you can cover all basis of the noodles thoroughly. There was a decent amount of pork in the sauce. Both dishes were so affordable - the pork bone soup was $10 and the noodles were $8. I highly recommend this hidden place if you’re looking for some affordable and delicious Korean food in the area.

rachel chen: best pork bone soup I ever have

Buk Chang Dong Soon Tofu Korean Restaurant: what do users think?

Kez Razak: Truly one of the best places to go for some authentic Korean cuisine. The staff are super friendly and very helpful, never hesitating to offer assistance. The atmosphere is very cozy and makes you feel right at home. The food? Absolutely amazing. Ordered the beef bulgogi soup with hot stone pot rice, and it was heavenly. The beef wasn't too tough or chewy, and it held a lot of flavour and the rice was honestly good enough to eat on it's own, but definitely tasted better with the soup. The soup itself is a little bit on the sweeter side, so if you're looking for something spicy I would suggest the Combination soup. I strongly recommend visiting here, you won't regret it at all.

Didi and Riri Adventures: Great food, good value

곽동근: Bukchang-dong Soft Tofu Mississauga Branch Kimchi Soft TofuIt's really delicious. It is the most delicious in the world. It is a taste that you should rather learn from Korea.

David EB: Love the soft tofu soups here. Despite limited menu, the dishes were delectable! The vegetarian soup is very tasty. Very authentic. The only strange part was eating the remaining rice stuck on the lava bowl mixed with warm water. Would love to come back again and again despite the spartan setting. They need to refresh the ambience and more Korean themed decor with music.

Melody Cao: Great food, just a bit disappointing. I ordered a combination tofu stew, description said it contained mussels, shrimp, and beef. Sounds great— but it was very disappointing since there was 1 very small mussel, 1 tiny shrimp, and 3 very very VERY small pieces of beef. The rest was tofu. The taste was still delicious, but I was a bit frustrated that I didn’t really get what I expected. And $16 for a bowl of tofu isn’t really worth it in my opinion. The meat is what I’m paying for, and if there’s literally no meat, then that is very disappointing. The reason why it still gets 4 starts is because it was still really good. Taste wise, it had no problem. I was just very disappointed with my portion of meat. I hope they add more, but if it’s financial not possible, I’d consider raising the price by a couple of dollars to add what people ask for/buy.The ham, sausage tofu stew had much better portions of meat, probably bc ham and sausage are much cheaper. Still, please would love to get what I asked for next time. Unfortunately might not return here though.

ONNURI 감자탕 (Korean Restaurant): what do users think?

Aaron Salema: ONNURI is an absolute gem of a Korean restaurant that left my taste buds dancing with delight! The Tteok-bokki they serve is hands down the best I've ever had. The rice cakes were perfectly chewy, and the spicy sauce had just the right kick to keep me coming back for more. And let's not forget the Bulgogi - tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was a true culinary masterpiece. The ambiance at ONNURI is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy these delectable dishes. I can't wait to go back and indulge in their amazing Korean fare again!Parking: Lot of parking

Sarah Z: 2023 July review:Bibimbap was yummy, pork bone soup with udon was delicious, rice cake with Japanese noodles pretty good too. Overall, good dine in experience. However, they are a bit under staff, so be patient if there are many tables.2021 review:Got take out. Food is pretty good, nice portion, decent price. Just a bit less oil in the JaJang Myeon sauce would be better. I was sad there is no danmuji/yellow pickle to go with the noodles but overall is delicious.

Ruko S: This place is bit different compare to other Korean restaurants. They open late— side dish Kimchi is sour and not too salty, excellent as not much sugar added, I loved it. I ordered roasted Mackerel, crispy outside and juicy inside, amazing. All the dishes were less salty compare to other Korean restaurants and I appreciated. Kimchi fried-rice was delicious as well. Thanks putting your love in the food!!!

Chris K: I lived in Korea for 2 years, and Onnuri recreated that feeling. Great tasting, authentic food at affordable prices. I definitely hope to come back. I love Korea and Korean food, and coming to Onnuri felt like I was back in Korea for the evening. So authentic!Great staff and service as well! 감사합니다!Vegetarian options: Tofu options for protein in vegetarian dishes!Dietary restrictions: Very helpful with dietary restrictions.

Asian King BBQ Buffet & Take Out & Catering: what do users think?

Caterina Sauro: A Mississauga gem tucked away in a corner. After a long international trip, my dad and I were craving KBBQ and happened to show up between the lunch and dinner rush at Asian King. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was kind and pleasant. We already can’t wait to come back for dinner later this week.

Dang Baranda: We decided to give it a try this resto since this is far from my place but it didn't disappoint us. We enjoyed the well marinated bbq and the delicious other Japanese dishes. The service was fast since its weekday and pricing is reasonable compared to other all-you-can eat. This will be our go to place if we crave for korean bbq and Japanese food.

Esther Sealey: My son took us there for Mother's Day dinner.First time having Korean Bbq and it won't be the last. The food was fresh and tasty, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting and the service was excellent.Thank you to Ann who accommodated our every need .I highly recommend this eatery and I suggest trying Ànne's homemade kimchee, it's the best I've ever tasted.Warm regards,Satisfied customers.

Roger Ball: Excellent service, very kind & attentive. Fair price and lots of options. My personal favourites were the basa, dynamite rolls & mango salad.

Ten Ten: .The place is a little bit busy and gets crowded during dinner time but staffs will inform you how many minutes to wait for your orders and are quick to serve those and better come earlier than 8pm.

Angela H: Went with a friend who was visiting and had a crave for Korean short ribs. We googled and found this place. Friendly little spot. Food was good, very tasty and well worth the price.Parking: There were ample parking giving there are multiple businesses in the area.

mel lau: Always love coming here for some reliable Korean food. Good service, good food and always hits the spot. Only thing is it gets busy fast so keep that in mind during lunch/dinner rushes.Only thing I will say is it's gotten pricier over the years...but that's inflation for ya.. still delicious food tho!

Emiirin: This chain is the lost reliable place to go for late night Korean food. It has all the basics of Korean food, and warms you from the heart.I had my usual tofu soup and though I tell people to try different things, this is a comfort food that this place does well. The servers are attentive and quick, but also chill enough for you and your friends to be a bit loud if need be. You don’t even have to come with friends, you can absolutely come alone, no one will care, and you’ll be at peace.Atmosphere is similar to all restaurants of this chain, and they all bring a feeling of homemadeness even though the inside is decently big.I live quite far from this location, but do not fret, I will be back at another location for sure.

jason nathaniel: This was a good dinner for me and my family, We ordered the #18 BBQ Pork, but when it came, one of them was raw but luckily we managed to sort things out and it turned out to be good, that’s why I rate this a 4 star, but overall, A recommended place to dine in!Kid-friendliness: They were extremely kind to my kid and no problems with the staff

sanrio idk what to put: , tasty and mouth-watering food. I have come here so many times. They offer a small but simple variety of sodas and even soju. The fact that they added soju made me feel they knew what they were doing. The food was amazing, tastes really good. It was steaming hot, but regardless was delicious. Just make sure to mix the bibimbap fast or else it will burn.Great and reasonable pricing, not too long to get your food and they give you lots of cold water so might aswell live on that.

Hossay: People are real mad about the tip. If you're upset about the portions and tip policy, move along on your marry way. Policies like this are very normal. I guess if you've only been to fast food restaurants, then you wouldn't know this. The food was great! Everyone should definitely go here!

Katelyn Ngo: Came here for the first time today and was shocked by how amazing the food, service and atmosphere was! All the dishes we tried were wonderful. The seating creates a perfect vibe to hang out with friends, or even to eat out by yourself. However the service stood out the most. The waiters and servers were extremely kind and I believe one of the managers or cooks came to our table and offered us dumplings on the house! They are truly so sweet and I will definitely be returning again and recommending this place to others.

Sude Madenci: I’ve came to this restaurant multiple times and I honestly love the the whole dynamic of the restaurant. It’s very nice how you are able to enjoy your food in private booths. The service at the restaurant is amazing as-well! The workers are very accommodating to your dietary needs and they check up on you at appropriate times to see if anything is needed at the table. The food came out very fast and it was very fresh, our chicken also came with kimchi and radish on the side. There was one worker that was extraordinary today, who brought us a serving of their vegetable dumplings to try for free! He also was just a very welcoming person that made us enjoy our overall experience!
