On one of the watches I had mistakenly put a piece of the adjustable clasp in backwards and it was stuck. Victor took his time to examine the issue and came up with a custom fix to the bracelet that returned it to “new” condition. This was much more than just removing and replacing pins - the repair required cutting and replacing parts. On the second bracelet Victor made a new pin using his specialized on-site tools and machinery. It is technical experience that made these repairs possible and his work was greatly appreciated. The value of his work comes from the experience and technical precision he brought to the issues which obviously comes from years of being in the trade. Price was extremely fair. Given the time I spent trying to fix it myself and what I spent on watch repair kit and tools, going to Victor first would have saved me time, aggravation and plenty of money. Thank you again Victor for returning my timepieces to in-service condition where can I enjoy “wrist-time” once again.

We affectionately referred to this as our "Franken-clock". We brought our clock to Jason and hoped he could work some magic. It goes without saying that a clock with such questionable integrity would present challenges to even the most experienced horologist. Jason was definitely up to the challenge and began working on the clock, attempting a number of approaches to correct our problem. Unfortunately it was not fixed the first time out of the gate, but Jason stuck with it, continuing to investigate and address issues as they arose. In the end, after much hard work and bench-testing, Jason got the clock working to a state that matched his high standards.We will definitely continue to use Jason and the Little Shoppe of Horology for all our future maintenance/repair needs, and highly recommend him to anyone with a treasured timepiece.

Thong Nguyen: Great service and pricing. My chain broke and was estimated to cost $60.00-$80.00 at a mainstream jeweler. The same repair cost $12.00 with these people. The turnaround time was 3 day versus 2 weeks and the mainstream jeweler. It is located in an older neighborhood so the cost difference of the location reflects the pricing. The store front is a bit confusing when you first look at it. There is an older sign in green which the neighborhooding store took over the previous space a while back. Right beside is the current store and signage in yellow. Great experience and would come back. Highly recommend!

BRAKES S: My ring is my engagement ring that my husband got from the North York location 36 years ago. At the time my husband paid to have the ring re-sized and when it came back it did not meet the high standards set by the company so it was redone. When it was done the second time it was exceptional and still has the same fine quality as it did in the beginning. I will have to replace the jewellery box but that is expected.
