A Clemente: Purchased all of our interior doors/closet doors/closet organizations from Grinyer about 3 years ago and was very pleased with the outcome. Recently had a minor issue with one of the doors but Grinyer had no hesistation in fixing the issue right away and everything was back to its perfect order within 2 weeks. I was very satisfied with Grinyers customer service. With having experience with a lot of renovations and dealing with different types of companies, I can easily and gladly say Grinyer is top notch and would recommend to others without hesitation.

First of all the voice of the company, Pam is awesome, she is one of the most responsive people I've ever met, I wish my doctor's office responded as much, she gave us as much confidence as she did throughout the entire process. Next Alex, he came out measured my place during covid, was an absolute safe gentleman, even though he had no idea we would go forward with the process he treated us with utmost care. We then met him at their showcase with my wife, who throughout this process had not been involved much, she was amazed at Alex giving us reccomendations that fit our place. Today we had Kevin and his crew come out, and we have a 20 month year old and my wife is due with our second in a month. I work at home and went to the basement for the day. Removed them and moved them an inch from outside of the top ends, much better. Just received instructions on how to adjust soft close so we don’t have to pull so hard to open/close the door. Patrick O'Neill: I just had my side door entrance to the house and side door entrance to the garage replaced with beautiful insulated fibreglass doors from The Doors Ltd. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had dealing with this type of situation. From the beginning I felt very comfortable talking to Marta at the Mississauga show room, she really understood what I was looking for and took the time to explain the different products available including styles, textures, colours and security locking systems. When the installers showed up to remove and install the new doors they were very professional, clean and accommodating. Everything was completed in one day and they look great!!!
