My relationship manager Ms. Rima Fathalla is great and very helpful.She is an outstanding banking officer. She is also very knowledgeable. She will always greet you with smile. The Branch manager Mr Jalal Abdul Rahim is also very helpful. He is a true leader and having excellent managerial skills. His attitude is always friendly. will be available for you even on Telephone. Habib Tariq: I have used endless banks in various locations around the world but this branch of HSBC has made me feel at home for the last 2 years. All the staff are very helpful, the managers are easily approachable and Rima who is the relationship manager is extremely understanding and polite. In general having a HSBC Premier Account makes international banking a pice of cake. Good job HSBC.

Mallory Wijesinghe: Highly recommend Branch Manager Aziz Zaveri and Premium Banker Saisha Verma. They found resolutions to continue the banking relationship when another branch could not do so.
