Our General Manager is responsible for developing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the implementation of approved policies. Our Property Administrator handles resident enquiries, calculates rent-geared-to-income, manages rent collection, and initiates appropriate action under the Residential Tenancies Act. Our Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings, including coordination of outside contractors, fire safety procedures, parking control, and cleanliness.
