Cearu Music: I have reassessed and amended my previous review. A few months ago, I encountered a subpar customer service experience while attempting to initiate an RMA process for a cartridge, prompting me to assign Trutone a rating of 1 out of 5. However, following a recent transaction involving the acquisition of a new record player from them, I have observed a notable improvement in their support services. The dedicated support team exhibited commendable professionalism, resulting in a significantly smoother and more satisfactory process. I must highlight the courteous and professional demeanor of Ahmet throughout the interaction. As a result, I have decided to revise my review, upgrading the rating from 1 to 4 stars.I extend my appreciation to the entire Trutone team for their diligent efforts in rectifying the previous shortcomings and delivering a more commendable customer experience.
Ron Rivet: I bought a nice Rega Elex r online from Trutone in December last year. Fast delivery! Upon no fault of their own and not the products fault, the left channel stopped working. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who told me to bring it in and said they would send it out for repair. I decided to drive down and drop it off in person. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jeff even took me for a tour of their store. Absolutely amazing!I will let you know how the repair work and everything else invloved went. So far, so good!Update:My Rega amp was repaired quickly by the Rega repair dealer. It was covered under warranty and it was returned promptly. The Rega company and the staff members at Trutone offer a service that is second to none! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone deal with Trutone if you are looking to deal with an excellent company that offer excellent service and excellent products!Another update:The amp is acting up so I called Trutone and Robert was excellent to deal with. They are working on solving the issue promptly and though it's not his fault, he apologized for the inconvenience.Top notch!

Geoff Stanners: Trutone is the best! I have been dealing with them for quite a few years now. I have bought 2 large TV's, a Bluesound System and several smaller items/accessories etc. They are helpful, knowledgeable and I've always found their prices competitive.I was recently having a real nightmare of a problem configuring my home theatre system after buying an Apple TV 4K +. I didn't even buy it from them but when I called them they were able to offer me truly clear, helpful advice over the phone that got me up and running despite the complexity of my system. They were willing to set up an in-home visit to solve this for me but I managed to get things running with their help over several phone calls. Like I said—Trutone is the best!
Audiophilewayne: Jeff looks after all my analogue & digital needs. Jeff educated me and set me up with top of the line Arcam AVR, Blu-ray,Bryston Dac, headphone amp & Audioquest line conditioner. Samsung 65" SUHD HDR wth Audioquest cabling throughout and educated me on computer audio and created a network for me wth Pakedge switches, router, NAS & Wifi. Recently added a Sonos set-up as well. These guys are passionate professionals and pride themselves in great customer service. I highly recommend a visit to Trutone and speak with one of the team for all your audiophile needs.

Charles Small: We were in a situation where we needed to buy equipment for a specific, pretty specialized business need, and wanted to know if it would work for our application first, before putting down money on expensive hardware. Problem ? Best Buy, Staples, Canada Computers, every other big box outlet, will not let you have a demo. You can buy online and take a wild guess and depend on return policies, but that is not much of an option. Online outlets like Newegg don't know anything about the products, and you can't reach the manufacturers either, or get any info from them, other than what is on the web site. These people, I must say, were great, though we had to drive an hour to get there. They were knowledgeable, they set up the product, gave us an extended demo, suggested and evaluated options, customizations and accessories. Only place we could have got this done. They most definitely deserve to be supported !
Dan Borg: I purchased an 85" Sony Tv, Sonos amp, Sonos Arc, Sonos sub, Paradigm in ceiling speakers recently from Trutone Electronics. I received great advice from Luis on the equipment choices and his knowledge is second to none. I also had Trutone install everything that I purchased as well as wall mount 2 existing tv's. Their installers, John & Blair where excellent! They were very knowledgeable, took extreme care in the installation and were both very curious and friendly. I would highly recommend Trutone for your audio video needs. I've been a customer for years and keep going back due to their high quality product selection and expert advice.

I came to him as I was only beginning to be involved in reference level audio configurations and so, I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing. I couldn't even manage to cut and wire my own speakers!Now Gary, despite his experience gearing him more towards the very high end - for a small fee - he didn't mind being employed for the trivial task, that was in the cutting, tinning, and saudering of the ends of my speaker wires to banana plugs; this resolved my future experiences for my set up free of any further headaches. Thank goodness.Furthermore, Gary patiently answered various questions pertaining to speakers and their configurations, and after cross-checking it with other sources, I have to say he really knows his stuff.Definitely someone I will rely on for any future inquiries, rather than the vague and misleading online forums.
Gary: I have been a client of Gary's for over ten years and he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of 2 channel audio including room planning, room set-up, room acoustic treatments and placement and of course component selection. If you are planning a quality 2 channel audio system there is simply no other person better qualified than Gary.
Jonathon Baker: Gary is a consummate professional. Whether with respect to equipment or design, Gary's focus is on delivering the best possible results. He is not wedded to any particular brand or concept of what audiophile 'should be' - just getting great results. I've been a client of Gary's for well over a decade. Neil Fonseca: Alex is an amazingly knowledgeable man in all things audio. More importantly he is as honest as the day is long. He will not recommend “upgrades” that don’t bring actual performance increases commensurate to the cost increase. I was looking at a possible upgrade for my Krell FPB 200 and Alex informed me not to make the purchase as it would not make any meaningful improvement and might actually result in a decrease in sound quality. Same thing happened when I was looking to upgrade my Anthem D2V3D. Not many people of his caliber in sales of any kind much less audio. The store owners are also very personable. Always enjoy my time when visiting Audio One.

The first time was to return mom's tablet and it was piece of cake with Tojo.Then I asked for a quotation for a phone upgrade and extra data in June. I did not able to do it right away as i was away. I came back Aug 11 and Salauni helped me get my phone switched from chatr to Rogers. It took a bit longer but she did spend time with me to explain the process and the phones capacity, efficiency specifications. Sagar was there to help her.Today, i brought my husband so he can upgrafe his phone. Sure enough, Sagar helped us with his specialty, professionalism and his patience. For going back and forth there many times, he already knew that i am on budget so he even provided a suggestion. We took his advice on which phone to get.The staffs in this location is very helpful. They made sure that everyone who comes in the store are served or asked. They work as one big team.
