Vic: *edited* I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple years and have had a great experience using Surprize as a supplier. There have been a couple mishaps, but have been resolved efficiently by their upper management team. Great with stock/inventory levels, and have a wide variety of products. Accommodating with helium orders, and also great with shipping. Would recommend!

I just want to say that Surprize Enterprize has the most amazing customer service i have experienced from any of my suppliers . I just recently opened up my Balloon business and they have been super helpful every step of the way i.e. helping with expediting orders , the types of balloons i should be using and even helping with questions i had about bubble balloons. Their prices are have been better then the other competitors and their team actually cares about all the small business . It does not matter if i order $100 dollars worth of supplies or $5000 everyone gets treated the same . I would strongly recommend this company to anyone .

Kris Howson: I’ve gone here for years for party supplies. So yes, Im giving 4 stars just because the prices CAN be a little crazy, but sometimes you gotta spend a little extra cash for really cool party supplies. You’ll ABSOLUTELY find things here that you wouldn’t at Dollarama, per say, so, it’s worth the money, it just hurts the wallet a little sometimes. I’d also like to say that the service here has been really great as of late, I recently ordered a bunch of balloons for my nieces graduation party and when I went to pick them up, they actually asked me if it would be okay if they redid the bunch because they weren’t happy with how the first ones came out. Like, yes, absolutely do what you guys gotta do to make them look their best, and it only took about 5 mins. Placing the balloon order was also really easy, I had some anxiety about placing the order because I wasn’t sure what the process was, but the cashier made it super easy and painless, much appreciated!
