I reached out to Alina to try and book a facial directly and bought the Groupon through her instead of the site. Alina is the best always accommodates me , best customer service ever,front desk was amazingly she sets a perfect tone and environment for exceptional spa service. I’ve never had any problems rescheduling.Lucky me, the stars aligned, and before I knew it Wasan was breathing life back into my skin with her healing hands, reviewing my skincare routine with me, and walking me through each step along the way. I am so thankful now renewed glow, baby soft skin, and an incredible education for how to better care for my skin moving forward. I went prior to Covid so appointments were not always consistent due to the legal restrictions but they also had me booked and ready when they were able to do so. I had 7 sessions with them and saw amazing results. I strongly recommend to anyone that wants laser to go here I went to another laser place and the overall experience was terrible compared to here and the results were not the same even with the same amount of appointments. One thing I’d note is that I noticed afterwards that my underarms were stinging and that they had been burned. The wax was probably too hot but I hadn’t realized at the time. Still overall a pretty good experience.

I was speaking to two lovely ladies at the front desk at the end of my stay, little did I know that one of them was the owner. She is clearly hands on and cares a lot about her business, I could tell by the passion she had during our conversation about skin care products.
