Jenna Ghose: I started using wheel trans 5 years ago when I was in high school. The service is good. All of the cab drivers are nice and kind. Even though I do sometimes feel anxious because I worry if I will miss the ride because sometimes the drivers go to the wrong door. But mostly wheel trans has good service.

Stuck in coffee shop since 9 pm. Finally my scooter got energy to reach home, but after talking with staff after one man stoking and swearing at me inside the Tim Horton at Lawrence and Dufferin. They said I have to get a ride since man was too violent and he can wait outside. I called between 12 midnight till 12.33 am. Someone keeps on hanging on me at emergency line. So sad…

George Wang: I used them for the first time this past week. My dad uses a walker and moves very slowly and I am reluctant to use taxi or ride share services because I don't trust that those drivers would be patient enough, dad moves literally in slow motion and needs help getting into and out of a car. The Ride with Care driver was on time with the pick ups. He helped my dad down the porch steps and into and out of the car and folded up his walker and placed it in the car. He dropped off my parents in a covered section of Sherway Gardens and picked them up there also. I received a text after my parents returned home. I am very happy to use this service and will continue to do so. It's a huge stress off my mind knowing my 85 year old parents are being transported safely. This gives me some freedom from being their only option for getting around. This is an invaluable service for people with elderly parents with limited mobility.
