As it has been a very challenging year for those of us in the food service industry, I called hoping that they could help us out with the loss of tank fee.I felt uncomfortable at first, even asking for a discount - but spoke with Geoffrey there, and he made me feel more at ease. He could not promise a discount, but said he would check. I appreciate the concern and compassion for our situation, and that he would even make the effort to check instead of just telling us "no", like many others.Whether we are able to get a discount or not, I appreciate the effort of this individual!!!
