The store I bought it at in Los Angeles went all on line, wouldn’t answer the customer service lady’s call, so they couldn’t easily prove I bought it there, and I no longer had the receipt. Amy, the woman I was put in contact with, stuck with me and exchanged like 13 emails in an attempt to find out which purchase order it was, and if indeed the springs were covered under warranty. In the end, she figured out that I was within the 10 year warranty, and advised me to call an authorized dealer in my area to have it repaired! The customer service Amy gave me was so far above and beyond the normal experience, and I’m so grateful for her perseverance...most people would have sent me packing after the first email when I said I had no proof of purchase! In the last month two separate family members bought bar stools from Ron. All three times we got great quality at an excellent price. Ron is patient and knows his inventory. I would recommend ARTeFAC to anyone who can't find what they want from the same-old, mediocre quality big box retailers.Side note - the day I picked up my stools an older couple arrived just ahead of me for a pick-up. They sell faucets and other kitchen/ bath accessories.Their cabinets are pre-made, bring your measurements, layout or design and they will find your fits. They use HDF and real wood cabinets.Also, You can get good deal on demos, they are dozen of them on the floor, different sizes for bathroom vanity from 24" to 60" cabinets and countertops with undermounted sinks. Those are on cash and carry.Customer service needs little improvement, I purchased from them recently and they don't have patience to answer you.But overall, it's a good place for quick shopping for vanity and cabinets
