Fazal Mulla: Great company to work with for flooring and stairs. Colin helped us with the selection of the engineered hardwood, tiles etc. and always gave us the right advice. Their team came on time to do the install and the entire process went smoothly. There were a few minor issues after the install which their guys came and fixed promptly. I would strongly recommend them to anyone for a complete peace of mind.

I ended up ordering most of my tile, hardwood and vinyl from them - they have everything here and the prices are very reasonable.During my visits, Sam, Jean and Evan were especially helpful in ensuring I got my orders on time, particularly the small rush orders that the tilers needed right away to finish their work. They were also able to help me resolve a technical issue I had fitting tile into tight window frames. Adam Muzzin: We had our office and upstairs done by the floor shop. It was top quality work. The workers worked around our small space, did their best to keep everything clean. Engineered hardwood perfectly laid and baseboards done without any marks. Pricing was fair, and every aspect laid out, labour, materials, baseboards, quarter round etc. Highly recommend.

Eric Horlick: We had a flood in December of 2018, this was a difficult time for my family as we suffered significant damages. Our insurance company's contractor recommended Decor Floors. I was a little worried as I had never heard of them. These guys were absolutely phenomenal start to finish. I had one of the manager's cell phones and he was extremely responsive. They brought samples to the house, and gave us suggestions. Our job required work around a beautiful oak staircase. Ricky reviewed options and made suggestions. You could just tell he was really an expert, it was really reassuring. They did whatever they said they would do; they arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and did beautiful work with our hardwood floors. They had to completely remove old parkay flooring, which they did cleanly and neatly. They really exceeded expectations. I'll tell you what I liked the most, a door to an electric cabinet was damaged during the installation. They pointed it out to me, took the door, fixed it like new and returned it. These guys are honest, do fine work, communicate well and I will pay them the highest compliment by referring by friends to them. Started skeptical ended up a repeat client. I never write reviews, this one was earned and well deserved.

Many places change their tone and provide terrible customer service after the sale is completed but The Floor and Decor is a refreshing change. I highly recommend this store. Lorie Ercolani: From day one when we walked into Aspen floors store the experience was pleasant. Ms Preet was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the difference between the different types of floors. We took our sample home and decided on what it was we wanted. The person came over and inspected our rooms and explained what had to be done, another knowledgeable person, he was so friendly and explained everything that had to be done. After everything was done and ready for the floor to be laid it was so fast. In half a day the work was completed. I like the fact that they don't use contactors, they have their our staff who are very experienced. They were friendly and got the job done in no time at all. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. Absolutely no complaints. Our floors are beautiful and we are very pleased 💖💖💖. Thank you to all the staff at Aspen ❤️

Pina and RIck: We chose Aspen Wood Floors to replace the existing hardwood throughout our entire house, the ceramic tile on the main floor entrance / kitchen / bathroom, and update our main stairway. From our initial visit to their showroom Kuman was a pleasure to deal with. Although we had an idea of what we wanted we quickly realized there was so much more to selecting hardwood flooring than we thought. Kuman was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he worked through the various options of hardwood and colours with us. In the end we couldn’t be happier with the choice of hardwood and the colour. From an installation perspective the team was excellent. They arrived each day as scheduled and worked well into the evening to ensure the project stayed on track to be completed on time. We were very pleased with the level of daily communication we received from the installers as it allowed us to plan around their work and remain in our home while the work was being done. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations!Our entire experience with Aspen Wood Floors was excellent and we would recommend them to anyone considering replacing the hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, or updating the stairs in their home!
