I called the store looking for a dress for my baby shower & even though the dress I wanted was not available Amanda kept some options aside & invited me to come in to try them. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful & polite, including Sara & Crystal. I found the perfect dress & picked up a few more as well. Amanda clearly sets the tone from the top, leading by example. It was such a positive experience & I’m extremely grateful for their genuine care. Aman was great with helping me and offering other suggestions when my size wasn’t available in the shoes I wanted and gave accurate opinions on how the style fit. He was able to find my size in a different boot than I came in for and was friendly, personable and professional throughout the service of my purchase. I would definitely recommend shopping at this coach location.
