They don't push the sale on you, patiently answer all your questions and are very upfront and honest about how long the sales are on for. Such a refreshing changes from most stores and sales people. Mathew Hughes: This place is great, as a business owner, father of three, and sports enthusiastic, I have to say that everything from the customer service from the extremely helpful staff, and the trade in value to the prices of the equipment and state of the equipment exceeded expectations.I brought my 5 year old son to get suited up for his first hockey season, and the sales staff helped me find the appropriate size of each piece of equipment, even took the time to adjust the helmet to fit him properly so that it was safe, when he could have just told me to do it at home.We even came back the next day to get a stick, and a different sales staff helped size up my two boys for appropriately fitting skateboard protection gear.I have to say the whole experience was fantastic, and I'm thrilled with this location. Whatever you're doing to create this culture for the staff keep doing it! The customers appreciate it.Thanks and have a great day!

Michael Milligan: I have been shopping for a new treadmill for the last 3-4 months. I always do a lot of research before I commit to make a large purchase such as the Peloton Tread. I spent some time with the iFit program and the Peloton app and I can honestly say that I really did enjoy both of the apps but the Peloton app was just that much batter. I found Peloton has a better selection of music and a good sound track can make or break a great workout.I went to explore the product at the Peloton store at Square One shopping mall and met Miguel. Miguel was great! He explained the product, the programs and he had a great understanding of everything and was able to answer all of my questions, I had a lot. I finalized the purchase and will have my new Tread delivered in a week. Amazing service, thank you!

Vickie Sanford: and took only 45 minutes. This little machine is sturdy and quite powerful for its size. The step height is slightly lower than it's commercial version, but you get used to it pretty fast. As per noise level, off-course it's going to be more obvious at home given the smaller space compared to a gym with very high ceilings and larger space. But if you have to compare the noise level from its commercial counterpart, they are about the same. I usually have my earbuds on at the gym and at home, so I barely hear the sound of the steps rotating. I am still getting used to the dead stop when you press the stop button, the commercial one at the gym "slowly" comes to a full stop and the Stepmill 3, when you press the stop button, it's an abrupt stop, so just make sure you hold on to the bar. There are several programs to choose from as well which is a nice feature. The equipment has a safety feature below the bottom step

A P: Staff of shoes sanction are really nice and helpful. They have amazing collection of Nike. But no high discount on black Friday.

Sanaz B: This is a great Sports Check. What Trinity common, BCC or Erin mills doesn’t have, you can most likely find in this location. Staff are friendly and pleasant. The layout of the store and the way everything set up is a bit confusing.

Tien Ho: in the shoe section were great help to me. They were very knowledgeable about shoes and helped me get a basketball shoe that fit my needs, also they were very friendly but I'm from out of town so I'm not sure if it's just a cultural difference or if they were just super nice! Thanks guys
Sabrina Dummett: but he should be Manager or head of customer service & should be acknowledged & given a raise or promotion! I called Sherway which is right by my house for a pair of shoes I was looking at no answer & then tried Square One & was so lucky to have gotten Brett on the phone, he went out of his way to check all locations in Cda for the specific shoes I was looking for online & even called the 1 location in Edmonton to check if they had it which they didn’t. Then he tried to accommodate me by offering another shoe & said it was on sale & there was one left in my size & kindly kept it for me until I got there & told me to ask for him & he will bring it himself. If only every employee was as caring & kind to go above and beyond like this in service!

Mariam Khan: I went to buy a tennis racquet and did not find the one I saw on their website. the staff was very nice and helpful even though I can get very overwhelmed with making decisions... The store manager was kind enough to understand and help me with a transactional confusion and I would recommend checking out their collection! I would say the prices were a bit on the higher end and they do not have a refund policy which I would highly advise them to work on.

Ivan T: Great service and knowledge. I restrung my badminton racquet coz I needed higher tension. The shop told me the difference between the strings and shuttlecock. Would definitely go back. The cost was about 27 bucks and wait time was within 3 days.
