Tapas Kulkarni: Working with Paras and his team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day!We had hired Paras for the decor for both our ceremony and reception and he went above and beyond in delivering! From the start, he worked with us to help shape our vision of the event and executed it to perfection. He was very professional to work with and promptly responded to any of our questions or concerns.Our guests repeatedly commented to us on the beautiful decor on the Mandap and inside for the reception the stunning table and room arrangements.Is a MUST hire for any event decor needs.

Ramona Kapoor: In discussing vendors with my wedding planner, I had emphasized that decor was of utmost importance to me and that I wanted to work with someone who would go above and beyond to bring my vision to life. The first name she recommended was Paras’, and she vouched for his eye for design, his passion, creativity, and genuine desire to make couples’ wedding events the most beautiful and magical days of their life. In meeting with Paras, we could sense his passion and absolute love for what he does. Very quickly, Paras became one of our favourite vendors to work with. He listened attentively throughout our several design chats and ensured all of our requirements were met. He was accessible and responsive when we reached out to ask questions. Most importantly, he is warm, approachable, and a dream to work with. Although my dream outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors due to inclement weather, Paras made the ceremony venue look so stunning that I forgot that my original plan was to do it outside. For both our wedding ceremony and reception, Paras’ work made ours and our guests’ jaws drop. He is truly an expert at what he does, and our decor for both of our events was more than my husband and I could have dreamed of. Thanks Paras and team for making our wedding events so dreamy and magical! Im sure he's awesome with all his other clients but personally my experience was beyond perfect. He was legit like a bff and he understood my vision, my wants my needs, and we just made a great team. Jennifer M: I was first referred to A Lavish Affair and met Nataly in 2018 for our 2020 wedding and we hit it off right away. I was drawn to her sense of humour and how honest she was - she would literally make suggestions to try and save me money. In the wedding industry, it's hard to find vendors who won't try to upsell you or get more money out of you - Nataly is one in a million. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we had to postpone and Nataly was super accommodating. We've actually had several postponements and were finally able to get married in July 2022. Nataly was the ONE vendor I never worried about leading up to the wedding day. She was always so responsive and communicative. I can't explain it but I just trusted her with my vision; I let her work her magic and didn't feel the need to 'stay on top' of her. She is exactly what you'd want and need for your wedding day. We were blown away by the decor. Everyone commented on how beautifully decorated the venue was and how gorgeous the flowers were. She executed our vision perfectly and made our day so special.We also got the photobooth and it was a huge hit! A Lavish Affair has the BEST photobooth, hands down. The photos are excellent quality and you can get full-sized prints that come out immediately!Through A Lavish Affair, we also hired DJ Lanners and he was amazing. He did the music for our ceremony as well. Our guests raved about the music at our wedding.You seriously can't go wrong hiring Nataly. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She and her team are so professional and reliable; the best in the industry.

From our initial meeting, we knew right away that we could trust ALA with our special day which was originally planned for August 2020. What won us over was their professionalism and responsiveness. We had to postpone our wedding and they were so easy to work with. Our wedding finally happened in August 2021 and we were blown away with their execution. It amazed us that even with the postponement, they were able to remember every detail we asked for and went above our expectations. Nataly was great throughout the whole process, she is honest and will give you her professional opinion. Right from the start we trusted her creativity and couldn't wait to see our florals and decor on our wedding.We were a covid wedding so we had to postpone our wedding one full year but ALA was amazing throughout the whole situation. We did not have to pay extra, prices did not go up from our original contract and they wanted to continue working with us of course. Their customer service was great especially considering that their business was hurt during covid too so we are very grateful for that.My bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets looked better than i ever could have imagined along with our families corsages and boutineers. And our center pieces looked so stunning. I am soo so happy with all the work ALA did for us and would definitely recommend!

Fabiola Fuenmayor: Claudia is very professional, I'm so glad we hired her as Wedding Coordinator for our big day!I was able to enjoy my wedding and her and Abby took care of the issues that came up that day. Lianne Lacorte: We had Claudia as our month of coordinator, and let me say it was the best decision my now husband and I have done during the wedding planning process! Leading up to the wedding, Claudia was there to organize everything for us and was so helpful during our 1:1 final details meeting. Things that we didn’t think to even consider during the wedding, Claudia was on top of it! On the actual wedding day, Claudia and her assistants Jen and Vivian were life savers! They ensured all the vendors were there and on time, she ensured we followed our timeline and she accommodated to any last minute changes made! At one point Claudia had to herd my bridal party back into the room like sheep and for that I’m so grateful! Haha! I appreciated that both Claudia and Jen were able to reassure me that everything would be okay, and really calmed my nerves before walking down the aisle! On our first consultation with Claudia, we mentioned that we would be having a traditional Coptic Egyptian ceremony, something we expected to have to explain in detail. For someone who loves a to-do list, Claudia provided us a perfectly detailed list of items to take care of as early as 8 months before the wedding. Monica Patricio: The first thing I say to anyone getting married is to get a day-of-coordinator, and the second thing I say is that they need to get Claudia! Out of all the crazy things you spend money on in a wedding, a day-of-coordinator is by far the most worth it.Prior to the wedding, Claudia and her team were constantly in communication with us, making sure every little detail was figured out to make the big day as smooth as possible, bringing up things I definitely wouldn't have thought of if it wasn't for them. They did a phenomenal job making sure everything went perfectly on our big day. When we had our initial consultation with Claudia, she told us that she would do everything in her power to solve any issue behind-the-scenes without stressing/worrying us on the day, and she truly delivered. Our reception went so smoothly, and any issues that came up were swiftly handled by Claudia and her team.Also, I have to give Claudia extra props as we were one of those unlucky COVID couples. Our wedding was originally scheduled for June 2020... then November 2020... and then finally June 2022. And throughout that entire rollercoaster of wedding planning, Claudia was constantly on our side, supporting us and helping us navigate through it all.We are forever grateful to Claudia and her team and can't thank them enough for helping us pull off the reception of our dreams!

Rachel Junker: Hiring Claudia was one of the easiest decisions we made for our wedding, and now months later I am still sooooo happy that we decided to do so. Having her and her team on your side is like having a second brain where most of the stress can live and you don't have to think about much other than the big decisions. Our day was nothing sort of perfect and if the arch was falling down, or donuts had nothing to go on I had no idea about it until the problem was solved and things were good to go.Herself and Jenn made sure everything was perfect day of, they take the vision from your brain and mouth and translate it into real life. Jennifer, our coordinator and her assistant, Richelle were organized, easy to talk to and most of all, quick to adjust to unexpected situations. We had a wedding day emergency where the reception vendor hadn’t provided a photo permit. Jennifer was on the phone immediately and resolved the situation in a short period of time. This allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy our wedding day! They also collected and packed up our items at the end of the night. Harum Nadeem: Ethereal created an absolute dream for us for our wedding!We wanted to go for a very regal look but not take away from our venue. Abdul from Ethereal proposed a few ideas and created a design plan with a few images and colors of what we had asked for keeping in mind of a unique look. One of the key focal points of our design was our backdrop and we had an addition of having names of our 'family tree' as part of the backdrop. It was something that seemed out of reach but Abdul worked with our stationary graphic designer to make it happen.Working with Ethereal and Abdul was really easy - he took care of so much so that we didn't have to worry about it, and on top of that he was so easy to communicate with even with how crazy the wedding industry was this summer. We had a multi day wedding event, and the wedding day although the largest, was the least stressful of all.Ethereal Creators price point is definitely higher than other decorators in the GTA but the quality of their work shows in the result. We were truly happy with the final outcome of the look of our event.

Madura Sundar: and we had not one, but two wedding days to plan - a Hindu Ceremony & Civil Ceremony. As we postponed our wedding, a lot of our ideas/visions changed and Supriya did not shy away from any of it.First and foremost, I have always admired Supriya's organization and professionalism. When it came to meetings, she valued our time and respected it. We would chat about ideas, inspiration, and she knew exactly how to make it happen! I felt very comfortable allowing her team to make decisions on the day of the ceremonies re: last minute changes or any troubleshooting. My partner and I had made a lot of our own decor items which I'm sure is challenging for the design team - but Supriya repeatedly told us that her goal was to ensure that our wedding was to our vision and our preferences. I truly felt that she was willing to work with us.The wedding day was just so beautiful. Everything was done even better than I could have imagined. Due to Covid I was unable to get married. Supriya was beyond understanding and easily rescheduled, not only did she act as vendor but a great listener and friend too! Working with Supriya and her team was easy and stress free. She easily gets a vision and vibe for your taste and delivers on it. She did a fantastic job on my maiyan decor along with my morning ceremony. She is attentive and very specific.
