Mark Donaldson: Friendly staff. Well organized and very procedural in getting patients in and out. Very process oriented and I really liked that very much using SOPs. Doctors, nurses, and front desk staff were friendly and approachable in answering any questions. Zero guess work on how to prepare for my colonoscopy procedure days prior. I basically just sat back and let them take care of everything when I got to the clinic. The clinic was very well ran, clean, and well organized. Convenient location in Mississauga with ample free parking. Highly recommended! 👍

I was very nervous, even scared of the procedure and it's definitely not a pleasant one from beginning to end but everyone from Dr Dhillon, the wonderful receptionist Shabeena, my nurse Vera and all others really made the experience that much easier !! Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and compassion.

noah natale: Awesome clinic! Super friendly staff! I took my father to get a procedure done at Canadian Place Endoscopy the other day. He can not speak english very well and the staff were super accommodating and helpful. The anesthesiologist was especially kind and helpful when explaining the procedure. Overall, super great experience!

I was honestly a little scared before my procedure, but the staff were genuinely super comforting and supportive. I’ve had some not great experiences at other clinics, so I was really happy with Dr. Rai and the staff at Canadian Place Endoscopy.

b n: This was such a pleasant experience. This clinic treats you so respectfully and professionally. Asking questions and listening to your answers. Each staff member is watching over you, and they go beyond to help, if help is necessary. I want to commend Nurse Joy for being so caring. My anaesthetist was terrific by making me comfortable on the table, and to Dr. Anand who was so easy to speak to. He explained everything thoroughly. He has an excellent bedside manner.
