Brian Dymond: I apologize for taking 2 weeks to write this review. I received exceptional care and treatment from the team at Trillium when I had a lung biopsy on Mar.20/23. Erin, Jess, Russell, Veronica and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. My wife and I can't say enough about the super service that was delivered. We are so appreciative of the health care excellence that Trillium staff have demonstrated in so many ways over the past year. Thank you to everyone!

Ali Qureshi: I was taken to Credit Valley Hospital in an Ambulance 2 years ago with extreme abdominal pain. In a blood test they found I had Leukemia. I was there 4 days then 4 day of nurse at home and from the moment I stepped in there the service was amazing. Two years later I'm healthy and living a great life all thanks to THP. I've become a monthly donor too. Kudos to all the doctors and nurses that kept serving us throughout the Pandemic.
Moayad AboLaban: I went there for my son broken and bleeding toe. Didn't wait so long in the emergency as I was expecting. It was only 20 minutes till a nurse examined my son, then she sent us to the doctor. Friendly, professional staff.

Natalie G: I came in at 815am and got out at 1030am. I was expecting to walk into a nightmare after reading the reviews on this place but was pleasently surprised. The people working there are very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Dr. Matthews was very kind and i couldnt thank her and the nurse who was with her enough. Thank you ❤️
Bassam Alshami: - The émergence room not crowded like other hospital- The staff very professional and nice- The nurses too kind and working hard- Night shift teams working hard and they doing their job in proper way- The x-ray guy, he was so nice and helpful- Dr. Ahmed Al-Den who run emergency room as physician / emergency medicine was explained everything to my mum and did the best of diagnosis the situation for my mum- The nurse was very nice and help a lot and provide my mum warm blankets every time we asked

Christina Colavecchia: The doctors at The Valley House are extraordinary and worked diligently to ensure my baby and I received the care we needed. It is thanks to them that I have a healthy baby boy. The entire team works incredibly hard to provide their expertise in a gentle, kind manner amidst an obvious shortage of staff and resources. Thank you endlessly to everyone at The Valley House for your work!
Andy Sousa: This is specifically for the front end staff and nurses - thank you for always being so kind! I find the staff here to be extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m sure it isn’t always rainbows and sunshine but I have had great experiences so far. The nurses have always been kind when my wife has had extreme anxiety and hyperemisis. They are quick to help and so far, the doctor has also been great. It’s scary and hard to have to go to a high risk doctor, but I find the personalities of the employees here are on point.

I was nervous and anxious but Katie and Dr. Mendies were amazing. They answered all of my questions and had great bed side manners. If you’re dealing with a high risk pregnancy know that you’ll be in good hands if you’re expected to go to this location.

blerina sinatrakaj: I got there at 11pm on a Sunday night, by 11.30 pm I was assigned a bed. The fastest service ever I have received in an ER. The nurses were caring and very efficient. The doctor came to see me right away.They had a fast triage system
