Meem Issa: I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them.Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me.Not only are they prompt in responding and scheduling emergency services , they have the best team of kind, knowledgeable and skilled staff who go above and beyond in catering their clients!

Aaron Annis: I have dealt with several elevator manufacturers/installation companies and while the industry is generally pretty good I can say CITI Eelvator Inc. definitely goes farther than most to be accommodating and helpful to their clients. Whenever I have had any questions or needed service the owner Amir has always been right on top of getting me whatever assistance I need. Very hands on, I can honestly say I have rarely seen a head of a company who goes on site more often to make sure things are going smoothly. Pricing is very competitive, even their service rates are better than the other companies I have dealt with in the past. I can not recommend them enough.
