Chu Jonathan: My own shopping experience at Riz' store has been nothing but pleasant.The Samsung soundbar I just bought from him was brand new. Riz took time to show me the product pieces to my satisfaction in his store. My unpacking and setup at home also confirmed that the soundbar cannot be any different than what I could have got from a big store like B*buy, yet only cost me half of the listed price! Its serial number has been validated through Samsung website.Riz' store is full of product boxes he's selling, so it's quite messy, but that doesn't affect the quality of the product I bought from him, also if you don't prefer to deal with the cell phone repair guy or anyone else there, you might want to give me a call first before you go, since he may not be at the store all the time. As long as you're prepared with such expectation, you most likely will be very happy with your purchase like I do.
Johnathan M: Today I had the pleasure of working with Riz while purchasing my first high-end TV, an LG OLED C2.He offered the best price on the market for a sealed box genuine LG brand new product. Riz was a very upfront and professional business man and answered all of the questions I had for him, specifically in regards to the manufacturers warranty offered on the TV. He provided me all the details on how their store is an authorized LG dealer and ensured me that he only sells brand new products that come with manufacturer warranties.I am unable to get use out of the TV immediately as I am moving in the near future and Riz was very understanding of this and offered me an additional 30 day in-store warranty on top of their already existing warranty policy to ensure I got good use out of the TV before the warranty period expired.Overall, I had a very good experience with Home Line Electronics and would recommended this store to any individual looking to purchase a new TV.
Gamini Gunasekera: Yesterday I purchased a brand new Samsung Soundbar Q910/ZC for an incredibly low price, 1/3 of of Best Buy price. I was reluctant to buy from them due to negative comments. But the insane price attracted me beyond everything. Decided to take a risk and it paid off. Soundbar was brand new in a sealed box and setup was a breeze. It am enjoying the soundbar now. CL G: In October 2022, I contacted Home Line Electronics, regarding a Samsung 85" TV QN85B which they had advertised in Kijiji as their price was cheaper than other stores. The seller was ready to deliver the TV to my home in Scarborough and accepted cash payment. Initially I was reluctant to contact this store after reading negative comments about them. However, their attractive price convinced me otherwise and I visited the store on a Saturday. The store was closed, but the owner came there when I called him. Though the store was not impressive, not organized, I found the owner sincere and honest. He promised to pick up the TV from the warehouse and deliver it to my home in Scarborough the same day after payment of a small deposit. Within 3 hours, he personally delivered it to Scarborough which we appreciated. The box looked brand new with factory strapping. I have successfully got the TV installed and registered the serial number appearing behind the TV with Samsung Canada without any issues. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them for electronic purchases. I rated the store 4 out of 5 stars because it was not well organized.

CAC2244: Staff is not much of any service and the inventory is made up mainly of older / overstock, BUT you will find anything you need / equivalent to finish the job 99% of the time.

Shane listened to what I needed, did some investigating based on what we discussed, got me set up with a phone well within my budget, a much improved cell phone plan, free replacement screen saver and 50% off supporting products I purchased that day. I also walked out with a $150 gift card. I will return to this location without hesitation.
