Diego Roscetti: Drop off was exactly as promised. Late on the pick up which was not a big deal. Received a call apologizing they were late and would pick up the next day. Bin was picked up the next day as promised. Invoice was as clear and concise and exactly as promised when ordering.Driveway was not swept and cleaned as mentioned on the website. Not a bid deal for me. I received a follow up to see how the service went. Mentioned the lack of clean up during the follow up text communication. Received a call back right away. Customer service rep was fantastic apologizing that it was not done. Still not a big deal. I was asked if a manager could follow up with me in a couple of days regarding this. I told her sure. Manager never called or followed up which I found to exhibit poor customer service from a manager.That was the reason for one star deducted. All in all good service.

Dean was very pleasant and explained how their bin disposal worked. I was impressed with their service and ALWAYS use them. Lucas Gebser: This place is good. It is not a city owned transfer station, it appears to be geared towards commercial clients far as I can tell. Min charge starts at a tonne, if you have less material than that and no need to dump immediately, I would recommend waiting. Facility is tidy and clean, smells better than most waste facilities I've been to, staff is polite and efficient. Will return for sure.

Dan and his helper got to it right away.....starting on a Sunday when they first arrived and diligently worked through it. Separated recyclable materials, tires and chemicals and dumped them responsibly. Very sincere, honest and professional keeping me fully in the loop at all times as the work progressed.
