Zaeem Qureshi: They were very helpful. We were shopping for a ring and liked a style from another store. They were able to make the same ring for much less, and also delivered it much faster than anyone else in the mall was quoting. Another ring I bought from there was slightly the wrong style, which was the manufacture's fault as Armand didn't make that ring themselves, but the owner quickly sent it back with the sample I liked and made got me the exact ring I wanted again within a week. Very happy with my experience.

Liam Hall: Sim gave me the best service of any store I’ve ever been to, period! From stepping foot in the door to surprising my girlfriend with the most beautiful diamond necklace a few days later, Sim made sure that I was taken care of to the highest degree possible and went above and beyond what I could ask for. She truly cares about her clients and was completely non judgemental; she was not for a second doubtful of the value of my business unlike many other high end establishments that see young first time clientele. She helped me setup an amazing surprise and made a perfect display for the necklace that I could present to my girlfriend for her new diamond! As for the product? Amazing as well, quality like no other.

BRAKES S: My ring is my engagement ring that my husband got from the North York location 36 years ago. At the time my husband paid to have the ring re-sized and when it came back it did not meet the high standards set by the company so it was redone. When it was done the second time it was exceptional and still has the same fine quality as it did in the beginning. I will have to replace the jewellery box but that is expected. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. We’ve moved away but we’re so pleased that there are 2 locations now. Congratulations and much more success to you and your team.
