Kristofer Babakhanian: How ia this hospital rated 3 stars when its one of of the best hospitals I have ever stepped in. It's sad that yoy guys give it such a low star. From the moment I stepped in they helped me with all my needs untill the moment Ieft. Can't recommend a better hospital.
Cynthia Cochrane-Little: my husband and i went for our covid tests yesterday and everyone at this clinic was professional and efficient. Kathleen was our nurse and she could not have been more helpful - she has done hundreds if not thousands of tests, but treated us like her first. Fast and efficient, we were very happy we went to Humber River.

Good FourU2: Very good, clean and popular Humber River Hospital. The atmosphere is friendly and sociable. The employees are friendly and always willing to help and tell you where and what is. The Hospital has the latest medical equipment, computers, etc. There is a toilet 🚾 male 🚹♿ and female 🚺🚼♿ separately. There is Free connection 📶 to the Internet 📶 WiFi. There is a large parking lot for cars and there is also a special parking lot for ♿disabled people ♿... There are coffee shops, pizzerias, etc. Doctors are professionals in their field, they know their job perfectly...🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nancy Mattiussi: The kidney care unit has highly qualified and compassionate staff. I can't thank enough the nurses, doctors and other professionals for the outstanding care they provide for my mother. I am extremely grateful to have access to their knowledge and professionalism. I think old comments should be removed as the hospital site has changed over the past few years.

K: New hospital is clean, and not depressing like some of the other hospitals, somewhat confusing if you don't know where you are going. I think they are still understaffed but that seems to be the norm at hospitals in the province. Disappointing that they do not have a scent free policy though as it would make it a safer environment for those of us with allergies, asthma, environmental sensitivities etc.

Danielle Park: This clinic is absolutely amazing, cannot say enough good things. The staff is friendly, professional, and each person you interact with is prompt in providing responses/solutions to any inquiries or questions that arise during the dialysis process. The facility environment is clean, modern, peaceful, and very comfortable for patients. There are proper procedures and protocols to maintain structure and a smooth experience. For patients, undergoing dialysis multiple times a week is an exhausting and potentially very stressful task but with the team at this clinic, you are in the most meticulous, organized, and supportive hands. The team is very detail oriented and the burden of stress that comes with dialysis is reduced. 100% recommend. Special shout-out to Ethan and John Paul who have been integral in such a positive experience.

She does not understand English and she always feels uncomfortable among non-Cantonese speaking people. But not at DMC Markham. Every staff is so caring and friendly, making my mom feel at ease.
