I gave them a call and immediately I was transferred to Jason who educated me on the differences between plans, exclusions/inclusions, etc. He was always available either by phone or email, responses were quick, and extremely patient as I must have called/emailed him 5 times/day to clarify things. Northern has a variety of plans that would fit a small business and premiums are very reasonable. Everything - from my first call to them to the day I received the benefits cards - only took one month. It would have been even sooner if I had given him all the employee information quicker.
