I was super stressed, all other banks were giving me such high rates despite my down payment and good income. My closing date was only a week away, when Hassam saved my life. Valencia Nembhard: My mother has been going to this branch for a very, very long time now. Every time I visit the bank with my mom, we always receive the best service. For example, recently, my mom has been ill and not able to stand long. As you know due to Covid-19 you now have to line up before entering the branch. My mom and I went in the line and there was maybe 7 people ahead of us. We waiting 2 minutes in the line and already that was too much for my 77 year old mother to wait. Before I could beg the security guard to let us in, the teller Rosie had already asked permission for my mom and I to come in and be seated. The security guard was at the door already waiting for us so that he could let us in . Rosie is by far one of the best teller on the planet!!! She is friendly, attentative, informative, solves your concerns on the spot and always...ALWAYS SENDS YOU HOME WITH A SMILE. All of the tellers at this branch are superb but Rosie has helped me out of crises many, many times. If I were to win the lottery, Rosie would enjoy a trip any where in the world she wants to go ON ME! ROSIE is not just my BMO teller, she has become family!!!
