The following morning I called the phone number listed on the website..............Get this! The phone rang twice and a real live person answered. It gets better, that same person actually took ownership of the issue I was calling about without passing me off to someone else or even putting me on hold. Joe assured me that if I lived in Canada, he shipped to me. I was off the phone in about 3 minutes with an assurance from Joe that he would get back to me promptly. In under 2 hrs, I had both an email and a text from Joe indicating the issue was resolved and I was welcome to complete my order if desired. I completed the order and by end day I received notice the item had shipped. It arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. We live in a pretty glitch prone time. The days of being able to resolve issues with a simple 3 minute phone call seem like a distant memory most of the time. Hats-off to Royal Gift for continuing to provide quality products and 'gold standard' level customer service. I will certainly be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you Joe.
