Great help to put them up on the kayak racks on the car , as we didn't have any experience to tie and secure them up. Very patient to explain the steps to learn how to do that at later date when needed.Great selection for all you need for paddling , they also offer courses for water sports, we will go for kayak rescue course in April.

Robert McKee: I purchased a Current Designs kayak from the Complete Paddler in the summer of 2021. I experienced three quality control issues with the kayak's rigging early on. The owner of the Complete Paddler reached out to me by phone in the early fall - unsolicited - to ask if I was happy with my CD kayak. The staff were evidently aware of some quality control issues with the CD boats. I was told that I could bring my kayak back to the Complete Paddler when my paddling season was over and they would repair the rigging free of charge. I was told that Current Designs would not compensate them for the repair. I picked up my kayak this past May, good as new. That is great customer service! Thank you Complete Paddler!

Danika Bee: Great store with an amazing selection of canoes and kayaks. Also anything you need to go on a Portage with. So many paddle options with some beautiful wooden paddles to choose from too. They even gave us a couple of stickers with our purchase. The gentleman who helped us out even showed me where to find the "girl's portage too" sign they have hanging around the store. The seat for the canoe we got works great. My only reason for a 4 Star review is because this location truly needs AC, left quicker because I was overheating.

He had our boats ready in no time and gave us valuable tips to paddle the Credit. The boats were really good too - we set out on 12' Wilderness Systems Tarpon 12 sit-on-tops. Very comfortable, easy to paddle, and tracked like a dream. The Credit is an easy paddle in this segment. You can go up and down in scarcely an hour, and since Steve rents the boats for two hours, you can explore and meander at your leisure. Highly recommended.

We used their online website to book them and it was so easy and fast. We picked the scooters up at a house and that is where they brought out the scooters and helmets for us. Super kind, professional, and helpful. They explained how to use the scooters really well and if you need any clarification, they seem more than willing to explain again. We didn’t catch their names but we appreciate the hosts for the experience.Great service and it was a blast. Definitely recommending this place and coming back to use their other services. 11/10!

GuyS: I have only the highest praise to comment about them. I wanted to order an S15LV but I'm in Quebec City, so they offered to deliver the kayak to Montreal. That was very generous of them but I couldn't bring myself to let them do that for the small price they were asking, so I booked a freighter via uShip. That was successful and hassle-free. The gorgeous kayak arrived in pristine condition, with a glowing finish that doesn't compare to any regular P-U kayak. The performance is also impressive with the low weight of the Multi-Sport layout. Overall, I'm totally satisfied with the service offered By Soleil Sports, Frank even speaks French to accomodate the Quebec frogs!Highly recommended!

Andy Wilde: I recently took the Paddle Canada Level 2 Course and had a fantastic experience. The two instructors David and Declan are skilled and experienced paddlers who conveyed all their skills and knowledge in a clear and concise manner that everybody in the group was able to absorb and implement. Coupled with the fun and friendly atmosphere they created, I learnt an enormous amount, became vastly more confident in my paddling ability and a have now been spurred on to more challenging paddling trips in the future. I highly recommend them.

Sean Jardine: We go here for Dragonboating. Overall the club is in good condition and is well maintained. The people that use it are die-hard canoers and I'm jealous. Not a big fan of lake/river water but it's very good overall.

All accessories were totally explained and what was offered. Before loading our new kayak Rob went through every aspect of our new kayak prior to loading and securing in our pickup truck. Tom Garnett: I was very impressed with this place, I bought a Roof Rack and Kayak Holder from here, and when I first used the Kayak holder, a wingnut had an issue and pulled through a plastic part which in turn damaged the orher side of where them met. I explained the situation and sent pictures. They offered to replace the entire unit from the manufacturer. I just took the damaged parts and was very happy with the service. Highly recommend this place as they seem to back what they sell.
