He had our boats ready in no time and gave us valuable tips to paddle the Credit. The boats were really good too - we set out on 12' Wilderness Systems Tarpon 12 sit-on-tops. Very comfortable, easy to paddle, and tracked like a dream. The Credit is an easy paddle in this segment. You can go up and down in scarcely an hour, and since Steve rents the boats for two hours, you can explore and meander at your leisure. Highly recommended.

Choosing a date and time was super easy and honestly really cheap since its renting for a whole day.Plus, we were just told to drop off the kayaks off whenever before 8pm which was convenient as we didn't need to hassle with letting them know when we were dropping them off or to check the time to see if we were out of rental time.The kayaks themselves were amazing, super clean and the place was super close to the waterfront.I had a couple questions so I emailed them and got a response in literally less than 2 minutes! Andre and Adam are very helpful in showing you how to use the e-scooters as we were new to them and also answering all our questions. The online process for renting them is very easy. We used their online website to book them and it was so easy and fast. We picked the scooters up at a house and that is where they brought out the scooters and helmets for us. Super kind, professional, and helpful. They explained how to use the scooters really well and if you need any clarification, they seem more than willing to explain again. We didn’t catch their names but we appreciate the hosts for the experience.Great service and it was a blast. Definitely recommending this place and coming back to use their other services. 11/10!

M Z: Great experience and good equipment. The person who handed us the canoe was Steve at the Mississauga location. We booked the canoe online as that's the only way to rent it. After getting the email confirmation we called the phone line, Steve guided us as to where he will meet us, he is a pretty cool guy, showed us the ropes, dragged the boat alone to the water, we insisted we'll help but he was all hands on himself! Really appreciate it Steve and Thank you! Would recommend it to any beginner as well as pro. And will definitely be back to Paddle On!!!

Jim Wilson: I took my son out on the water at Lakefront Promenade for some bonding time. I have my own kayak but needed to rent one for my son. Going online to schedule and rent one was extremely easy. The lagoon area is a beautiful and protected spot for all to enjoy. We met Steve the owner who is a wonderful guy and very passionate about kayaking. His Wilderness kayaks are great boats, just like mine, and ready to go. The adventure is very affordable and fun. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Paddle-on to venture out for an hour or two for a great experience. Go have fun and paddle-on!

The equipment was ready and waiting, complete with recommended kayaks for each paddler's level of experience. Amanda provided some instruction for our newbies and even some photos and a video. You'll find blue-painted Boat House rental along the lagoon, just east of the formal garden promenade as you walk from the Centre Island ferry dock in the direction of the beach.
Canoes can take up to three adults or two adults and two children. You can rent either single or double kayak.

The tadem kayak and canoes are of a longer wait time than the singles. The worker there told us there is another boat rental on the island which we didnt know about and might be worth checking out if too many people here.
Amanda Sawatzky: Got the last canoe rental for the time being around 1pm on a Saturday. Amazing views from two lookout points along their recommended path. Equipment was in good condition and staff were helpful.

Andy Wilde: I recently took the Paddle Canada Level 2 Course and had a fantastic experience. The two instructors David and Declan are skilled and experienced paddlers who conveyed all their skills and knowledge in a clear and concise manner that everybody in the group was able to absorb and implement. Coupled with the fun and friendly atmosphere they created, I learnt an enormous amount, became vastly more confident in my paddling ability and a have now been spurred on to more challenging paddling trips in the future. I highly recommend them.
Kathi Loughran: Declan is a fantastic instructor. I learned so much from him and with his guidance, I improved my paddling technique. I would highly recommend his classes to beginners as well as experienced paddlers.

I had to change my reservation and was responded to promptly, the change was made and my credit card was refunded right away.I have been going to the islands , every year for decades but haven't had the viewpoint of being in the channels.The water was very calm making for a very easy relaxing day to canoe.Highly recommend.
Tannu PlayZ: I just had one day beginners course for sea kayaking- Darren out instructor is well knowledgeable and very helpful in all sense. We learned a lot and get full confidence in kayaking. Looking forward to do day -2 advance Sea kayaking full day course.Cons- not really about kayaking but about facility - their washrooms should be more cleaner and odourless.
