Jitendra Kumar: directly into Niagara falls. Awesome entry into the falls and also into the tunnels underneath the falls. You can hear the gushing sound of the water, you can see the mist hit the rocks and the massive volume of water can be seen. Later that day I went beneath the falls and had supper at the restaurant. The food was great I recommend the restaurant at the Falls. You really need to see this once in your life; nature's force is indescribable, the falls are majestic and incredible enormous.

This type of customer service is hard to find especially when the payment is done. Most of the agents don't care after booking ticket.
