Abdelrahman Ali: Had a great experience with CVC team. They installed 4 boardrooms AV systems for us that support both Zoom and Microsoft teams. They are very organized and east to work with. They also suggested the best solution that fits our budget. I definitely recommend Canada Video communications for AV installations and video conference solutions.

Communications Coordinator: Our organization contracted Canada Video Communications to provide a boardroom videoconferencing solution. CVC demonstrated excellent technical expertise in their quote, including some hardware options which were omitted by other bidders. When time for the installation came, the work was completed very professionally. The installation and finishes are impeccably clean and well-integrated with our pre-existing boardroom furnishings. The hardware supplied has exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to ease-of-use.Based on the experience with Canada Video Communications, I can't recommend strongly enough working with an expert audio/video contractor if you have a project related to permanent videoconferencing installation. CVC provided domain-specific expertise beyond my capacity to research and DIY, even though I'm a networking and IT professional. If I had gone it alone, we'd have a much worse set-up and I'd be constantly helping people connect to the hardware. CVC have my endorsement.

They had a new piece installed and the system is back up and running in a very short span of time.We highly recommend Avaton and our partners now use them in their personal homes.

Lil Salley: During Covid our church MacGyvered equipment to be able to run our programs online and hybrid for 2-way communication with those in the church and those on Zoom and we had major issues especially with audio. We asked AV Solutions to come it to help us as we had a complex setup. There was slight miscommunication but the team came in and was just amazing. Daryl, Hossein and Sia were so great, very patient listening and ensured that we were able to get everything we needed couple of times thinking out-of-the-box and going above and beyond and Carter was really helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. We have now upgraded all of our meeting rooms with video and conferencing calling facilities, and all our employees are impressed with both the quality of the systems and the ease of use. Our executives also feel that the AVT upgrades have provided business benefits during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend using AVT for any audio/video projects you are considering.

Rey Khan: We got in touch with Pure AV to organise the Town Hall for our President and CEO, who was travelling from our corporate HQ in Easton, Pennsylvania to visit our new facility in Toronto for the first time. After speaking to Walter and specifying our requirements, we knew we were in experienced hands. Walter swiftly put a competitive quote together for us and sent us images and video links to demonstrate their experience arranging events at comparable facilities to ours. Their team got to our facility on time a day before the event and were extremely quick to get on with the job. Al thought, setting up equipment took a bit longer than anticipated, but it was done with the highest of standards.On the day of event, the AV team arrived well before the presenters to test the audio and video quality, our platform for virtual audience, and briefed the presenters. During the show they made sure that all components were working smoothly for both in-person and the virtual audience. Suffice to say that the show was a huge success and both our in-person and virtual audience were extremely impressed with the way it was organised and managed. Pure AV’s equipment was clean and of high standards. Besides the equipment, the whole team was very responsive and accommodated almost every request that we had. The communication was swift and on time during the planning stage to make sure that no stones were left unturned. He mounted our 50” tv on a tiltable and adjustable mount that we provided from amazon and used cable concealers above the wall. The TV was mounted just the way I wanted it, and the technician, Matthew, didn't mount it until making sure that I was happy with the location and the height of the TV. He used my mounting rack, but if you don’t have one, they provide you with a rack if you let them know beforehand at a charge. I would recommend them to anyone.
