Wey Cool: I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years. Last Back Friday sales 2022, I bought something by mistake. It was a 4 pack Biotone Creme but I've only ordered Biotone Gel for the last 5 years. I did not realize I made the mistake until recently. Nothing is opened. Brand new. I called and they said they do not accept return after a week for gel/creme. I am not returning. I am EXCHANGING and I told them I am willingly to pay the difference as Biotone Gel is more expensive and I can drive to Toronto to drop it off. I understand shipping costs a lot of money.This issue has been resolved. The owner Brendan contact me personally.
